There is not a window coverings company in Central Oregon that can compete with Todd's experience, and expertise. He started making drapery rods in 1974. He did his first install on his own in 1980, and became a full time window treats employee in 1985. He is also 4th generation in the window coverings business.

3/25/2022 We need to update our review sadly. Having had Shutters in past homes. These just aren't the best Shutters. Todd is absolutely the nicest man. But the Shutters on the bottom aren't in a track. So when we open them their flopping out there on the bottom, where our past Shutters we could open partially, or all the way. That's a lot of stress on the weight of the shutter! Todd was supposed to come back and take care of the bottom half of a set behind our TV that didn't close correctly, he never called or came back.
There are reasons we imagine. Which will remain between us. This was a large Shutter job. But they just aren't the quality of Shutters we've had in the past. They do not open and shut easily despite Todd trying to adjust them. He did say he was trying a new supplier. We've also had the ability to use an opener on the outside. With these being cream in color that would have been our preference.
The wood piece in the back is stopping the Shutters from closing completely and when trying to open the Shutters stops them from folding open all the way as well. This is our assessment. Hopefully Todd went back to his OLD SUPPLIER! Like they say ~ if it ain't broke don't fix it. We wish him the best of luck. We wish they had turned out better and hold no hard feelings.

Todd is exceptional at what he does. We had shutters made for our Living Room, Dining Room and Master Bedroom. They are beautiful. He's been doing this for a long time and came recommended by another window treatment place. We're still working with him and you just can't find a nicer person. He works right out of his beautiful Van. He comes to you with with all the samples you'll ever need to see. It was perfect

Todd with Bend Window Treats - ROCKS! We had a special situation and he had exactly the solution! I'll add that I had looked and LOOKED online and couldn't find this product. That's why we need to talk to an expert, not only rely on the internet! Todd came out to measure the day after I talked to him. Two weeks later it's installed and works even better than anticipated. Todd knew exactly the best solution and got it done quickly.
I didn't know what to expect for pricing on this, but am completely happy with what the charge was. Professional service and professional quality - above and beyond! We are 1000% percent happy!

We recently had 5 window shades installed in our home. There was a mistake made in the ordering process, but the owners immediately acknowledged the error and re-ordered the 5 shades at no charge to us. Impressive! And the shades are beautiful and fit perfectly. We highly recommend Bend a Window Treats.

I got blinds installed on 2 seperate occasions. Both experiences were great. Heidi was very responsive and provided great advice on the best option for my needs. Todd came by to install the window blinds and sliding door coverings. I absolutely love these privacy blinds and the service provided. This is a wonderful family owned business. I recently had some custom curtains made by Heidi, owner. She personally came and measured, explained in detail how the material would hang and gave me a great visual of how it would end up before having to commit to the project. Her husband, Todd, came to my place of business and personally mounted the rod. These are good people, providing great service right here in Mid Town Bend.
