They were backed up and unable to get to my house for about 3 days. (To be fair, I think this just speaks to the quality of their work and the fact that customers go back to them year after year.) But the staff was friendly. The pricing was fair. The tech was congenial, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. Overall, it was as great of an experience as I could have had with a broken HVAC. I especially appreciated that they didn't try to push extra work or products onto me.

Didn't expect such a quick response after calling this morning but in less than 5 hours my AC is back on. Very professional and I would say quick but they took the time to double check everything for me. So they didn't just fix and run like most businesses do. They went above and beyond. Pricing was great also. Last time I had the same part replaced, when I lived at another home, the part and service was over double what I just paid. Just moved here but this will be my permanent heating and air go to buisness!

I need a copy of my repairs, before and after pictures of the repairs, and a copy of the PAID invoice (Mr. Hicks roofing is responsible for paying the invoice as they were responsible for the damages to the HVAC system). I would recommend improving communicating with your customers concerning scheduling, services, etc. The technicians used my sliding door and got it off track, and left a mess from their work boots on my floor. Also, please contact your customers when you leave a property, especially if they have entrusted you with their house key. I was disappointed with the services and communication. I heard so many great things concerning Woodall. I would have liked the experience other customers received.

Woodall is the best! Over the years, they've installed my HVAC system, my rain gutters, and have kept everything up and running. They're like having a next door neighbor that's an expert in HVAC. They're always nice and friendly and do their very best to arrive on time and to do the best job possible. I would never consider anyone else to take care of my home like Woodall.
