Very fast to respond for a free estimate. The only company out of four we contacted that actually provided a written quote. But we had to wait four months for install. After each delay no contact from the business, we had to call them but they usually respond very quickly. Excellent finished product but we also had to clean up after the install crew.
Cigarette butts and metal shavings left all over the yard and porch. Upgraded to 4 stars. 3 years later the enclosure is holding up extremely well. Looks great and makes the porch and pool much more enjoyable free from bugs and leaves

Got an estimate in early February for screen replacement. A smaller job that the tech said would take about a half day. Tech said they were scheduling in early April but since it was a small job it may be sooner. I sent the deposit check and it was cashed by Dothan Awning on/about Feb 23rd. Was told by Jan to call back closer to April for an install date. Called April 15th and was told by Jan that my install date is May 27th.
The reasons given were material order issues and a recent storm. I then spoke to Pat the owner who was unapologetic and condescending from the start. I told him I was not happy waiting 4 months for a small job. He offered rain as an excuse and then said he wasn't going to explain it any further to me and would send a refund check. I am now awaiting my refund check. We'll see how long it takes.
