David and Adam are incredible! We are undergoing a major remodel of our home. Even thru these difficult times David and his crew continuously provided the utmost level of professionalism not often seen these days. From design to finish they were fantastic, always showing the utmost consideration for us, the customer. They designed and built a 64' x 33' Pool cage built to withstand hurricane strength winds.

In addition they built a 34' x 20 EZ-Breeze room with many extras. They also installed gutters around the house. We could not be happier with the outcome. The workmanship is top quality and the customer service is no less. We are so happy with the result that we have now commissioned a very large Carport. What a beautiful way for us to entertain family and friends. Thank you David and Adam.

Excellent service and very congenial workers, I definitely recommend them. Our new windows are beautiful. Hathcock also installed new gutters for us in a very efficient manner. Update: while our gutters are great, the leaf guard used is not. Leaf stems and twigs get caught in the mesh and pile up on the gutters. They are stuck so fast, they don't blow off even in a strong wind.

We had Hathcock come out to give us a quote on 3 projects, we decided to tackle screening in our porch first. They were responsive, on time, professional, detailed, and their work is top notch. I even called a week prior to the service asking if we could add a dog door in there, they said no problem. We've been living with out new screened in porch for about two weeks now and I'm still over the moon about it.

Will definitely be booking them again for future projects. Note: For constructive feedback; I noticed that it's been a bit of a challenge to get invoices/written quotes sent to our email and two attempts usually have to be made. It could be the software that's being used but a very minor issue compared to the quality of work.

Hathcock performed gutter installation at my business and also at my home. The business installation was first which lead me to use Hathcock for my poolside tiki hut at my home. The home installation also used gutter leaf guards and emptied into a 58 gallon rain collection barrel which I am using to automatically water our plants. The quote was accurate, the communication was prompt, courteous and informative.

The installer had some prior knowledge of my water collection system, suggested some ideas that have proved to be spot on. Installer was on time, did a craftsmanship type of installation, worked a full day then returned the next morning, on time, to finish then thanked us for letting Hathcock do the installation, cleaned up the work area and left us with a beautifully trimmed tiki hut, no more roof drips and fresh rain water for my plants and bird bath.

Quite frankly it was a very rare treat to finally hire someone that did what they promised with great customer service and a fair price. No, I am not his mom. Thanks Hathcock.

Perfectly nice guys, all of them. But get things in writing with these folks. All along I was told a certain price but then when the invoice came it was more than we had discussed. Unfortunately I have nothing in writing so I'm forced to pay the inflated invoice. Also pay attention to the installers. Luckily we noticed that the gutter covers were not the ones we had chosen.

Finally keep an eye on the cleanup. We have been finding cut gutters and gutter spikes in the bushes since they got done. User beware. **Update** They ended up accepting the originally discussed lower price. Thank you

Look no further. Use this company for your home improvement needs. I had new gutters with Ultra Micro flow screens put in. Called to set up an appointment for a quote and Adam called me back promptly. I had my quote and Adam took the time to answer all our questions. The real surprise was when Adam called me back and asked if he could do my install a week a head of schedule.

His installers arrived on time and went straight to work. They were professional, polite, and efficient. Quality installed gutters and superb "follow through ". The installers informed me they were done and walked around with me and showed me the finished product and answered my questions. Adam came back to the house a day later and met with my wife and I to ensure we were satisfied and didn't have any questions regarding the install.

I had gutters installed and I knew exactly where they would be put, how many feet, and the cost! The hardest thing I had to do was pick a color which Adam gave very solid recommendations. They were quick to work and not intrusive at all. Sybil also does a great job with running the show in terms of customer service! Would recommend for gutter installation.

Gutter installation on our detached garage. We have worked with quite a few contractors with our new house and Adam and his team are hands down the most professional and responsive ones!
