They were quick, neat and easy to schedule within the week we needed the work done. The tech even came by before the job and made corrections to the order so that the doors would match our trim better. Once again the world today is crazy, NO One keeps their word! Stopped by last week, talked to a person, He said WE ARE NOT BUSY! HIred them to install two doors this week and NOW THEY cant get to it. Scott and his man said they would get it this week, i made arrangements and now they cant. I would suggest you use anyone other than ringer! And one last thing he would not let me talk to the manager and he hung up on me!

This company is a rip off. They charged me $190 just to change out the springs of one garage door. They didn't not provide a quote first just a high bill for something that takes 15 minutes.

As far as I am concerned there is not a better door company in north Alabama. I called Ringers after a problem with on of our garage door motors. We decided to replace both motors. Chase and Paul went above and beyond on their service work and installed the motors, cleaned up after themselves and help my wife understand the new system. They were on time and very professional.
