Shoals Overhead Door

I needed a new garage door opener installed so I called Shoals Overhead Door because I had heard that they do great work. They sent out a tech named Art Arellano and he was very professional and did great work. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and he gave me tips to keep my new door in good working condition. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done.

My garage door motor stopped working over the weekend. I called Shoals Overheard Doors on a Monday afternoon and they had a technician out Tuesday morning. My technician was Art Arellano, he expanded all the options they offer. He did a great job and had my new system installed in no time.

Very professional and so kind! He gave me a lot of options and helped me decide what doors would look best for the best price. He also took time out to help me replace the bulbs in my garage door motors to check them due to the age of my doors since the lights haven't worked since I bought my house. very kind of him to do! I have used this company before and will use them again!

Art was very professional and informative. Changed out the springs very fast and gave me some great advice on maintaining the springs and the garage door also. Highly recommend Shoals overhead door and also Art. He is a great representation and provides excellent customer service.

I have used Shoals overhead door on a few different occasions and they have provided high quality work at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time on each occasion. Most recently, they had a technician, Art, at my home within 24 hours of contacting them for a non-urgent repair. Art quickly diagnosed the problem, provided an estimate with a thorough explanation, and completed the repair in less than an hour.

While he was on site, Art inspected and lubricated two other garage doors as part of the service fee (no additional charge for labor). I was prepared to replace a garage door, but Art had the skill to repair the problem correctly and saved me a lot of money.

Art did a great job. He was here when expected. He called before he came to let me know he was on the way. He installed the opener and greased the tracks for my door. He installed the wall opener, the outside door opener and the two remotes. He also programmed the car remote. He is very pleasant to work with and he's very knowledgeable about his business. I highly recommend Art and Shoals Overhead Door.

I've used Shoals overhead door for a couple of years now. I have a older garage that needs repairs quite often. There's not one time they have not fixed my issues with in reasonable time. This particular time the technician (Art) fixed the problem and there was no out of pocket expense because they cover their work for a year. Great technician and prices every time.
