Nash 2 was awesome! Major issues with initial install of the sliding glass doors. (installation was upside down). Window world sales was wanting me to spend another $800-1000 to fix the issue, even mentioned a lien on my house if I didn't pay. However cooler heads prevailed and they sent Nash 2 crew in the next day. They noticed what the problem was in 2 minutes.

Then quickly & efficiently uninstalled & reinstalled the doors. They were very professional and Patrick explained all their efforts to us as they worked. The original crew did all 17 windows superbly as well, including a gorgeous picture window (attached below). So overall it was a great investment on this 60 yr old house, it really looks beautiful.

The number one side effect to using window world is Disappointment. they used spray foam to fill gaps of all the windows, and it's all over the vinyl siding on the addition of the house, it got everywhere, they used my brick to wipe their hands of the stuff, as well as my deck, nothing on the outside appearance of anything they installed looks more than D quality.

I have one window that was broken on arrival. they have yet to fix, and it's been 5.5 months. These people that work for window world, are sub contractors. and they are in too much of a hurry to get finished, so you sign so they get paid. they are a failure in every level.

We replaced our (6) front windows with new Window World windows. Cody was a great salesperson. Patrick & Nash2 team called to let me know when they would arrive, they were on time & did an excellent job! They caulked all windows well and cleaned up before leaving. All were very respectful of our home and courteous. I would recommend Patrick & Nash2 team! They were great!

We would like to thank Window World sales representative, Brock, for his quick and professional service responding to our concerns for the twenty-two windows and one back door we had installed recently. We had some issues with our storm door and questions about some of the window framing. Brock answered our phone call super quick. He said he would drop by and address our concerns.

He was out to our house within 10 minutes. He was on his way home when he answered our call. Brock not only checked and addressed our door and window framing concerns; he also said he would have the proper people come out and take care of us. While at our house we told him we had a problem hanging out window shades back up. We tried to get help in town but found no one willing to reinstall them. Brock spoke up and said he would help, and he graciously stayed until the additional ten shades were reinstalled.

We had been without shades for about 10 days. If anyone needs to replace windows and doors, you should request Brock as your salesperson because you will not be disappointed. He is willing to go that extra mile with you to make sure you are a happy Window World customer.

Ivan was the salesperson from Window World who visited my home to show and describe their product. He had a clever case display and I was able to see the superior quality of their windows. He explained the process for me and I was convinced that I wanted to go with Window World to replace all my existing windows. Ivan drew up a contract immediately and we both signed.

I'm looking forward to getting my new windows after a long wait time of 16 to 20 weeks. I hope and believe they will be worth the wait. I recommend Window World and Ivan to others who are looking for high quality windows.

I should have checked the reviews before purchasing. 10/10 will NEVER recommend this company. Run if you haven't put the deposit down yet. Sales agent Drew doesn't have control of the constant reschedules or that the installers did half the work and never returned. BUT communication stopped completely even though my windows are still not finished going on 3 months from half install.

So don't expect sales agents to care after they've been paid. I requested a 2nd crew on my garage windows that had to be re-ordered for the wrong size. Mistakes happen, but when they arrived they had no idea they were supposed finish the exterior trim on ALL my windows. Meanwhile, my exterior wood is rotting from being exposed for months. I'm sure they'll just put the trim on and seal the rot.

It turns out you can't ask for a new crew. The 2nd crew that showed up said they wouldn't get paid for finishing the 1st crews work. How is that the customers problem? The 1st crew also told window world they were finished and were paid. So there is no incentive to finish this job when they can go to the next house and swindle the next customer. It was my terrible mistake to pay the rest in full when the crew said they'd be back 3 days later.

I never leave negative reviews, but this company will leave you no choice. If I could, I would have these windows ripped out and get my old windows back. To be fair, the windows themselves are great and the price is great from my other quotes. But the poor install and the non-response from your sales agent will make you pull your hair out. Bless the rescheduling ladies. having to call again and again to reschedule another month out sounds like the worst job ever. Please give these ladies a raise. God speed to everyone else stuck with this company. Window World? More like Window Hell.

Biggest mistake I've made. It has been a year and a half since I signed the contract, and they are still unable to find a part to replace that of which they installed broken. That has not stopped them from forcing me to make payments, without the job being completely done, to avoid paying thousands of dollars in deferred interest based on their "job completion date" that was never finished.

At one point, all of the trash in the picture attached was sitting in my yard for WEEKS without someone coming to pick it up. When the first crew banged out my windows, they then realized that they "couldn't" install those windows so they put the old, rotten windows BACK IN, sprayed foam around it for weeks, and took the new windows back to the warehouse where they couldn't be found months afterward.

The next crew said that the previous guys were just lazy and could have installed it. They installed a door that was broken, and they forgot to order a new one but luckily the blinds started working again magically. Be ready to wait on the phone for hours on hold and listen to John Andretti's voice on repeat, talk to a different person every time, tell your story over and over again, just for nothing to come of it. Aubrey the production manager is the only saving grace. Good luck.

Kevin and Jim did such a wonderful job! I love how the windows look! They replaced a few windows for me and when I am able to have the rest replaced, I will definitely request Kevin and Jim to do the job! They are nicest, most polite, professional and knowledgeable guys I met concerning windows! The salesman Brock is just as awesome!

Absolutely horrible service. Windows were initially ordered summer of 2020. Several were back ordered and not installed until spring 2021. I had an installation scheduled but was canceled due to not being done on another job. They would have to reschedule, but its now 1.5 months until the next appointment slot. You lose your place in line. Almost 2 months later they come to install.

At time of installation, one of the window tracks was broken. They were supposed to order but didnt. I called to check on progress several months later and they had record of the broken window, but nothing had been ordered. They had to schedule someone to come out to inspect the problem. They sent out a technician a couple months later, but they had the wrong parts.

I was told they would order and it should be ready in 4-6 weeks. 2 months later I call to check and the parts have been in, but they didnt call or notify us. We then have to schedule a repair visit, but that then is again months away. This company does not follow up with customers on parts/service. I had to call to find out parts were in. Then it takes a month or more to have anyone available to do the repairs if you can work with whatever time they give you. Windows were ordered summer 2020 and it is now Jan 2022.

I have repairs that wont be done until Feb 2022 and now a replacement window that is being ordered. Who knows when it will arrive, and then will have to wait another 1-2 months for installation if they bother to call and tell me its in. Poor product. Poor communication. Poor follow through with promises for installation/repair. Difficult to call and talk with someone. Long wait to have someone available to perform any work. I would never use Window World again after this experience.

I've used Window World of Huntsville to replace my garage windows. They did a good job with the installation but technician brought the wrong size window screen with him. He told me he would reorder it and come back in a couple of weeks. That installation was Jan of 2020. They came back in July 2020 to bring the replacement screen but it was bent.

So I'm stuck with a bent screen on the front of my house. I've called several times since Jan of 2020 and they kept promising to send a technician out. Fast forward to 2021 they won't even answer the phone. I will never use their services again.

Drew came out to my house and took care of everything on the set-up side. Had knowledge of what would look good in my house and keep the same style as the rest of the neighborhood. Installation went great once the windows got here. The time from signing the contract to getting windows installed was pretty long, but was in line with the a quote from another local window company.

The guys they sent out did an awesome job and now they are working at a house about 5 houses up from ours. They were respectful, helpful in showing me how to clean and open the windows and even worked with the change of weather. Service: Installation

I purchased my windows from here over 5 years ago and it came off track so the tech fixed it and stayed till I washed the windows to make sure they didn't fall off the second floor. Prior to the repair I was afraid I would drop these floor to ceiling windows out the second floor. They are operating fine now. The tech was courteous, friendly and very professional.

I ordered windows for my whole home in March of 2021. The salesman told me they would be in no later than June. I never heard from them, so I started calling weekly. No one could tell me where my windows were or when they would be in. After calling weekly for 3 months the windows finally came in (no one from the company called to inform me of this, they just happened to notice it on my weekly call).

The soonest they could install was a month away. I took the date and had to take off work for the install. The day before at 3:00 they call my husband to inform him they were not coming due to job continuation. By this time I am very very frustrated because it has now taken 6 months to get the windows. The customer service agent then tells me that I will have to wait another 2 weeks to get them installed.

I proceed to tell her that this situation is not right for my install to have to go to the end of the line for their mistake of not finishing a job. She tries to make me feel better by telling me "well you're not the only one who got their appointment canceled", which only frustrated me more. I have been MORE than patient with this company. I am now awaiting my appointment 2 weeks away and will have to take another day off work. Updated to add: They cancelled on me again for job continuation and could get me in a week and a half later. I have asked to speak with the manager for a week now and can't get them on the phone or a return call.

The Window World Team is awesome to work with. The office kept us informed without having to call them about when the windows would be in. The installation team was professional, early, hard working. they installed our 22 windows in one day! Amazing Service: Installation

Caulk everywhere, even on the casings of the windows. The inside is still missing pieces. Pieces of glass everywhere along with aluminum. What ever didn't fit they filled in with caulking and pvc filler. Good luck trying to get them to respond. They say they stand on their windows? Only till they get your money. Will never use again. Lesson learned. Since this was posted I've heard from Window World and of course when you ask for some off the bill, I never hear from them.
