Outstanding overall experience! Replacing our garage door with Doors by George has so far been the only thing that hasn't been at all stressful in fixing our home from the Derecho. Jena & crew were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had! We knew it was going to be a long wait for our new door up front right away so no surprises down the line.

They installed the new door so fast and efficiently and were done before I knew it. I am absolutely thrilled with our new door! And the fact that Jena was so patient with all our questions, took time to answer all our emails quickly and we knew what to expect every step of the way really took a weight off our shoulders that this was one thing we didn't have to worry about! Highly Recommend!

Support was great, long wait due to supply chain issues but I was aware upfront this would be the case. Installers were very pleasant and did the install in below 0 weather. Troopers!

Doors by George was the most professional and efficient company I have dealt with in Cedar Rapids. I completed the request for service form online, received a phone call 1 hour later and my appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Darren was very personable and knowledgeable. It is nice to have a professional do the repairs and maintenance needed. It is spectacular when they do it for such a fair price. We had the door sweeps on both of our garage doors replaced and an annoying clunking noise fixed on the single car garage door. The final price came in less than quoted. We could not be happier.

We loved the quick turnaround on everything. I was surprised, thinking after the deracho, I'd probably be on a waiting list. I asked for a quote from their website, Monday night. Had someone call me the next day to set up an appointment. They came later that day with a quote. After getting several quotes from other companies that same week, we decided on Door by George to do the work.

I called them back on Friday and had an appointment to have the garage door installed on Tuesday. They were always friendly and helpful. They provided us with a lot of information about different garage doors. Their pricing was very comparable with the other companies we asked quotes from, so price had nothing to do with us choosing them. We just like that they were prompt, local and very helpful with our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Door by George.

We are beyond impressed with Doors by George through two experiences. In 2019 we replaced panels in our garage door (to let the light in)! The quote was timely, reasonable and the work completed within a couple of weeks - and as soon as the parts were received. Just now (2021) we had old hinges broken and are blown away how quickly they responded to the service, came to fix, and the reasonable price. We cannot recommend this company enough to anyone who is looking for quality, timely and affordable service for your garage door(s)!

I got a new opener from them - the price was very good, $360 covered the equipment and labor for a belt-driven model with wifi. I also needed new springs which was a separate cost - my entire door was very old and probably not properly installed to begin with. Fixing the springs took weight off the opener and put it on the parts of the door that were supposed to carry it - and over the course of the next few weeks I had a cable and a bracket break off.

In both cases they came out to repair them same day for no cost, despite the fact that neither was their fault. I have been really impressed with their affordability and quality of service.
