We recently had Ideal do a siding job for us, a ranch style house, (snout house) if you will. The colors look amazing, we feel the quality is good, (time will tell with storms and wind). Communication was lacking, and clean up wasnt the best. Found a lot (at least 200) nails on the ground after the crew left. We have called a couple of times to have them pick up the leftover siding, job has been done for over a week. Hopefully customer service will be good if we need anything in the future. Jayson

I had my windows replaced over a year ago. They were nice to work with but my house has felt colder each winter after. When having trim replaced inside, the contractor found NO insulation around them. Outside air was going into my walls but I didn't have drafts since the windows were caulked on the inside. I'm VERY disappointed to say the least. I will be paying somone else now to open the trim around each windows to reinsulate.

From the time Brian came to our house to explain their product and take measurements until installation was complete, our experience with IDEAL WINDOWS was awesome. Brian was great. He completely explained his product, explained installation, and listened and answered all our questions. The windows and doors we chose were top quality and pricing was fair.

The real "kicker" was installation and installer Brent. Brent went out of his way to do extra little things to make each window and door perfect. His cleanliness and clean up was amazing. This year we did windows and doors on our main level, next year we will do the upper level. I wouldn't consider anyone other than IDEAL WINDOWS for that. THANK YOU Brian for an amazing experience.

I unfortunately have to write this review because of the complete lack of customer service / call backs from Brian. I ordered three sets of windows and was having one sliding door weather stripping replaced. The windows were put in fine, but the caulk job was not done very well. Now I have been waiting SIX months for Brian to come and repair the sliding door.

I have called repeatedly and have talked to Brian twice who will tell me he is on it and will call me back to set up an appt. Last call was three months ago and still nothing. I CAUTION you that if you go with Ideal and something doesn't go right you may be given the run around. I would not recommend this company.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Called to get a estimate and was told they arent doing any estimates. I then asked them to email me that information and they refused. Guess they dont want to put anything in writing wonder qhy that is? Sound like scammers to me.

Brent & Sonny did a great job replacing our downstairs windows. Friendly and they did a neat job. Good cleanup.

I had Ideal replace nearly every window in my 1964 ranch-style home over the course of a year (including basement windows). I had the best imaginable service on each project installment and LOVE LOVE my new windows! They are beautiful and so easy to clean, much more energy efficient than the old originals. What's more, once when I was having trouble with one (stuck open on a cold SUNDAY), the installer, Brent, came out on his own time to adjust it for me at no charge, and gave me a few tips for the future. Today, fully one year after my last window was installed, when I noticed one was not locking properly, Brian came out and adjusted it and again gave me a couple of helpful tips for things to watch for. PLUS, he gave me some advice and instruction on the only three windows not installed by Ideal (they were new and installed by a contractor during my remodel) -- after three years, I had NO idea those windows could easily be removed for cleaning and Brian suggested a good idea for replacing the inexpensive screens on those three. I highly recommend Brian and Ideal: excellent service and follow up. They take care of their customers.

We recently had all new windows from Ideal Windows installed in our manufactured home and are extremely pleased. Their installer, Brent, did an excellent job and knew exactly the correct way to do it in our type of home. We had checked several different window suppliers but either they did not work on our type of home or we were not confident that they knew the right way to install them. We are extremely pleased!

Highly recommend. Reasonable prices and excellent workmanship. The job was on schedule and as bid. Bob was the siding installer and I cannot say enough great things about his work. Meticulous workmanship, kept a spotless work site and was very good about communicating status of the job and eny "trouble spots" he encountered.

We sat down with Brian and ordered the windows and he said everything would go great. The windows that he ordered were wrong and he had begun to install them. I brought this to his attention and he said he can't do anything about it or it would put him out of business. I ended up paying for the windows that I did not order and he was very rude about the entire situation telling me that I was overreacting. I would stay away from doing business with Ideal Window in the future. We have several neighbors that are getting window replacements and will not be calling on them also.

For those who want a personal approach when looking for and buying windows, doors and siding.

Ideal replaced panes in a older model living room window. They had to carefully pull up the old molding and, change the glass and return the molding. They did a superb job. Later, Ideal replaced our front and rear patio doors with ease. No muss. No fuss. Very pleased with their work. I'd recommend them.

We met with Brian in February to discuss replacing all of our windows, front door and sliding door. Our neighbor had recommended him and the company, so we were anticipating a good result. Installation started at the beginning of April, I was home the first day and thought things went well and assumed the rest of the process would be the same. My husband came home on a different day and found the installer working with the front door open and a cord running from the inside to the outside, instead of using an outlet in the garage or outdoors.

He asked if it was common practice to leave the front door open on a cold day. The worker packed up and left without saying much. He did come back the next day, but continued with practices that were less than professional. The blinds & furniture in our master bedroom were not put back. We found glass and nails on the floor, clean up was not done well inside or outside the home.

It took 3 weeks for the contractor to install 3 pieces of trim for windows on the front of the house. We were told it took so long because they had another job, why wouldn't you finish one job before starting another? Once they did arrive to complete the trim they brought a piece of equipment that left ruts across our front yard. When this was mentioned to Brian he said it was no big deal, same reaction about the lack of clean up.

No apologies no concern for our concerns. Our front door was installed crooked, they blamed the manufacturer, but did send someone out to straighten it. Our new storm door is warped and still has not replaced, no comments from Brian on when we can expect this to be corrected. He does not return phone calls until several attempts to try to reach him. We would not recommend this company, their actions after signing the contract have not matched their "promises" before signing.

We had a new picture and kitchen window installed. Both were casement style and very happy with the results. Brian did a great job of showing us his windows and explaining all the details. He also let us know what & when everything would happen. The installation went as planned and his crew were very professional and made sure we were happy with the work and clean up before they left the house. I would recommend them for new window replacements and will call Brian again if I need another job done.
