Great customer service on the phone and in person. If I knew that having my screens replaced was this easy, I would have done it sooner! Didn't have to take the screens anywhere. They're huge screens so that would have been a problem for me. Everything was done on site and quickly too! The price I ended up paying was different than what was quoted over the phone because they can't get a true picture of what needs to be done until they're on-site. I mention this because so many people don't seem to understand that a quote is a guesstimate. This business is trustworthy and professional. I recommend them 100%.

Steve the owner personally called me and made and confirmed my appointment. So I called the day of just to confirm he is coming and some guy name Rudy said there was a mistake and i wasn't on the schedule. I took by busy day off for the afternoon and be home for Steve. What horrible and unprofessional business Steve runs. Shame on Northridge screens. I'll find another company not worth my referrals or business to Steve!
