We ordered three custom blinds in our family room and a custom blind in our guest bedroom. They are very durable and we are very happy with the one in the bedroom. However, in the family room they have these new Safety poles that literally break off when you use them. This was not working for us and they came out and reevaluated our situation and re-ordered us brand new blinds with a motorized remote control. They definitely stood behind their work and their service. I do recommend them.

Arjays is the best. Lorelei helped me decide what to do with my windows after I had three other companies that couldn't. She knows her stuff and that's what you need when you're having something permanent installed. I am very very happy with my shades.

Knowledgeable and helpful sales person helped us decide color and styles for 14 windows and sliding glass doors in a garden/patio room. Everything arrived as promised a few weeks later. Installation was very well done, looks exactly as we expected, even better in the mounting details. Huge improvement over window coverings that had degraded and mostly stopped working after 25 years. These Graber products are far superior and look great. Will definitely use Arjay again for any window coverings. All items fit perfectly.

This company is a scam. Called 5 x to get a repair on my shutters. No one returns calls. I had these shutters installed by arjays and they needed repairs but no one bothered to return any of my 5 calls and I even left messages for Brenda the office manager and Angela. Business is mismanaged. Poor customer service.

Signed a contract with their rep Angela Saks on 4/12/21. The price was higher than other quotes, but since it was backed by Costco I was willing to pay the premium. I was promised an installation within 3-4 weeks max. Ms. Saks was professional and knowledgeable. I was required to pay the full amount up front. After the payment she became a lot less interested in the project.

I had to do all the follow up. The blinds are still not installed. We now have a 6/8/21 date for a partial installation because the fascia are still no where to be found. High price, lousy service! I do not recommend this business.

I was very pleased with the designer consultation by Debra, and the measurement and installation of my Graber blinds. The designer was patient with me as I explored different options, in particular the bottom up, top down configuration. I love how the blinds look and blend with my pre-existing ones. The installer Danny was very professional, competent and worked hard.

The blinds in my garden window were a particular challenge and he persevered like a champ. In addition, he went above and beyond cleaning up the areas of installation. One would never have known that he had been there. Lastly, for those that are concerned, the installer wore carpet protecting booties and a face mask. I would be happy to recommend Arjay's both for their professionalism and the quality of their merchandise.

I'm so pleased to thank Lorelei for her professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and the fact that she loves her job so very much and is soooooo good at it! Frank came out to measure and was just as professional and kind. What a great team! Can't want to see the finished results. Thank you for making this big decision to have new window coverings installed throughout my home, around 25 windows, a smooth transaction. I feel confident that it will be a great experience.

Ok. All I wanted to do was to support a local business. I did my due diligence and had 3 local window treatment companies come out and measure and access what it was I wanted. I don't want to support HD or Lowes if I can help it. Evelyn was very amiable and she knew what I wanted. I placed an order and it ended up in 3 different times, over 3 months!

I was told the longest time to wait for was for the Plantation Shutters. 6 to 8 weeks. Then it turned into 8-10 weeks. Now it's 10-12 weeks. All I hear are excuses of. Thanksgiving week, Xmas week, New Years week, Pandemic, and no one in the office wants to give me a fricken week now. And on top of the very pricey Honeycomb shade in my living room, it came off the bracket.

When the guy comes tomorrow to fix it, I may read him the riot act although he's just the messenger. I'm trying to understand all reasons but I'm not happy at all with this business. Sorry.

I would recommend anyone looking for blinds look some place else. Things started OK and then went down hill. We worked with Todd which he did a good job. We ordered shutters and blinds for our new home. I'm taking away one star because I had to follow up constantly on our order as it wasn't ready when promised. Maybe we give a small pass because of COVID, but you could of updated us instead of just letting the dates pass and I having to follow up.

We did get them installed and installer did good. We also had Todd measure our sliding door so when we were ready we could just call and order it. So I have attempted to now twice to do that. Todd moved on and passed us on to Debra which she wanted to come back out and have us sign paper work? The whole point was to make this easy and not waste our time yet again.

So I waited a week and called the office and I spoke with Brenda which seemed to already be in a bad mood. I explained what that we already had a quote. They already measured. We just wanted to order. Simple right? No. So I just said forget it. So I get a call back later from Brenda and she again offers to come out. I don't want to take time off work.

My wife works nights. I don't understand why every other company e-signs but, them. This was an easy sale. So took away two more stars for it not being easy. So will we just work with a different company. I would also recommend do the shutters if you can not the blinds. They are much nicer than blinds and give a good look.

Lorelei was my initial consultant and was a pleasure to work with throughout. The customer service from the office was excellent through the scheduling process. The shades arrived ahead of schedule and Danny S. was the installer - he did a fantastic job, super professional and went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to use/program/charge the shades. Danny was also extra careful with COVID protocols and left the areas very clean. Fantastic experience overall!

I called to get information about custom curtains for my 1955 Airstream trailer. The lady who answered said she'd get more info and call me back by the end of day. Never did. So, a week later I called again and had to re-start the entire process. I told them exactly what I was looking for, what material, and my budget. I then asked for a ball-park price range to see if that was even within my budget, but they wouldn't give me any pricing info until a design consultant did an inspection. So, a week later, Evelyne, came to view my Airstream.

She said she would email me a quote by the end of day. Never did. I checked in with her a few days later and she sent me a quote 3x more than my budget. When I responded to that email letting her know I appreciated her coming out but the quote was too high, I never heard back again. Not that I really needed a reply, but it made me feel like if you don't have a massive budget, your service is not welcome or even worth a response or trying to accommodate another cheaper option.

Not to mention, she could've said in-person that what I'm looking for won't cost close to what I want to pay and then offered alternative options right then. Evelyne and my time and effort both could've been spared if they had listened to the info and budget I gave and taken me seriously from the start. I'm only giving 2 stars because Evelyne was very kind and drove to me. Otherwise, the entire process was a joke.

Wish I could select zero to rate this business. My personal experience and opinion of this business is that the owner is simply unprofessional, irresponsible, non-responsive and incredibly rude. He refused to service blinds in my home that were poorly installed in my home. Arjay's Blinds did not honor any warranty, refused to repair install defects and treated me carelessly.

Also they never showed up for an appointment made to service the faulty blind. With so many other competitors, why choose a business that treats their customers this way? Instead I recommend 3-Day Blinds, who have a lifetime warranty on their blind installation.

They represent Costco online window coverings. Thry originally didn't complete the job because they arrived without the proper order. Now, I've been waiting several months for the Costco rebate that never arrived. The best response I received from Evelyne with the company is an email stating "rebates take 4-5 weeks to process." After contacting Costco, my order was never signed off as completed which means, NO REBATE.

Window Product Management/Arjays dropped the ball and would have never followed up with me, never. How many others are incomplete? You may be taking a chance If you order through this company, good luck.

Great in home shopping experience. Respectful of wearing a mask and keeping sanitized. Great fabric and design options. Debra really stepped up to help me pick what was the perfect fit for my family room/kitchen. She made sure that everything was exactly as it should be, and even followed up with me to discuss an option that she thought about after the fact, which will make the windows look even better. She didn't just "make the sale" and walk away. A real professional that cares about the outcome.

Not very helpful does not return phone calls takes a long time to a get a hold of. Didn't have some parts first time had to wait several weeks. I wasn't happy

I just want to say how disappointed I am with Arjay's customer service. I ordered window treatments for 4 windows through CostCo. Two window treatments arrived and installed perfectly. The other two had issues. The one window that upset me was a slider that had to be reordered since the controls were on the wrong side. Once they were installed the 2nd time, the edge of the panels hung too far into the window, by an inch.

I called the designer and she advised me nothing could be done and never came out to see the issue. I advised her it was a manufacturer issue and still no assistance. I felt that since I am a Costco customer I was 2nd rate. Very disappointing since I worked with Costco 5 years ago and had a great experience. Their installer Kurt is great. Keeps you informed.

Arjay's product is exceptional and Steve Crownover is extremely knowledgeable about their products. He's easy to work with and his installations are perfect. I am so thrilled we used Arjay's to purchase our shutters and Steve was able install them. I'm a 100% satisfied customer.

Arjay's Window Fashions were great! First time user of window shades & both the rep who helped me choose the shades & the installer were excellent. The sales rep was able to help me determine what would look best, explained all the different options, & worked with me to choos both the type of shade & color/ fabric options. The installer was equally as good and was meticulous in his installation. He was patient & explained the process & then showed me exactly how to operate the shades. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

We researched companies for shutters for our living room, and chose Arjay's after speaking with Lorelei Korn, who provided excellent, friendly advice, along with a fair quote. Steve, the installer was also very friendly, efficient and paid minute attention to detail in the installation, and assured that the shutters fit perfectly. We are extremely happy with Arjay's and their staff (Brenda)and, of course, the shutters. We highly recommend Arjay's Window Coverings and look forward to working with Arjay's again.

I have been a local General Contractor in the Ventura County for 15 years and I Have used several Blind Companies, But Arjays Rises to the top when a customer asks who would I use. I had Arjays install motorized blinds and shutters at my residence and to this day there working like new and the finish on the shutters matches perfect to our wood windows. We recently had new shutters installed from Arjay's and we couldn't be happier. Whenever anyone comes into our home, the first thing they compliment is how amazing the shutters are and how they "finish" off the home. Our experience with Arjay's has been easy, smooth, affordable and stress free. I highly recommend Arjay's if you are thinking about window coverings.

Their showroom is incredible and they take their time to walk you through and explain the options available. Delivery and installation were on time as promised and we are so glad we chose this company to work with. We went with Norman brand shutters which are a composite material that is light and strong. These shutters have the opening lever built into the shutter itself which allows more light when opened and less moving parts. They're easy to clean and have a more modern look to them.

Product was eventually ok. The 1 star is for service. Ordered 2 simple roller shades on February with their consultant. July 14 is when finally the shades are done. Designer never followed up even thought I called her to let her know all of the mistakes received-Too long, too short and missing parts. The only way I got results ( if you call results 4 months of mistakes) by directly calling the office. Next time I'll go to Smith& Noble great quality, they measure, installed and follow through in 3 weeks. Quality is fantastic and of the price.

Arjay's provided all my window treatments in my condominium in 2007. Since that time I have had occasion to call them to make repairs on various window coverings and in one case they replaced my vertical shades because of a manufacturing defect a couple of years after they were installed. Most recently I needed replacement clips for a valance over my sliding doors.

They ordered the clips and provided them to me with instructions on how to re-install the valance using the new clips. Each and every time I needed their support they have been there for me without question of fail. This level of support and customer service is unheard of these days and they have always gone above and beyond what anyone could expect. I could not speak more highly of Arjay's, , their staff and support.

Arjay's Window Fashions did a great job at our new house. They have lots of designs to choose from and Rusty was great at helping us pick what the right thing was for our home. The blinds came in quicker than I expected and the installation team was very professional and got the job done well! Thank you!

So as it turns out this company is contracted with Costco Westlake (other locations?) as a warehouse vendor. How Costco allows this company to represent them is beyond me. I saw the booth at the Costco in Westlake and arranged to have the representative (his name escapes me) come out for an estimate. When he did not show up for our appointment I called him and he said, I have you down for three o'clock.

I knew it was for one o'clock, but I didn't say anything. Later, he admitted that he made a mistake and it was for one o'clock. Long story short, his customer service skills were lacking not only for his appointment faux pas, but his communication was poor. He never returned calls and I always had to follow-up with him and he always had one excuse after another.

We called him to put in an order with him and he never bothered to call us back! I am so glad we went with Budget Blinds of Thousand Oaks instead! Turns out they use the same product made by Graber.
