Highly recommend Window and Door Design Center of Florida. From the initial meeting they were professional. Any issues that arrived they addressed them head on and resolved them. A company with integrity. My windows and doors were installed by AJ and his team, G3. They were beyond professional, clean, friendly and punctual. Thank you for making my house beautiful and secure for hurricane season.

We have had a terrible time with this company and I would not recommend using them. We had our windows & sliders installed first week of August 2021 & they were not able to be finished due to supply issues. Understandable, however it was poor planning from the beginning, leaving us with holes in the sliders where the handles were supposed to go, letting outside air in, and the trim work around the walls was destroyed.
We live in a beach condo and they left our windows with the stickers on them and no shades from August until this past February. They constantly changed dates and made up excuses why they couldn't come and finish the job. They then let their county permit expire without us knowing & came to "finish" the job - however the did not finish yet again and left pieces of the windows propped up in the living room. They are now "supposed" to finish April 1st. Disaster.

Window and door design is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. As a general contractor for over 35 years in New Jersey, it is very rare to have such a smooth experience from pricing to install. The representative went above and beyond on my Jupiter beach front project, with 4 new hurricane rated doors installed. Believe it or not they delivered on the scheduled date. On time and extremely neat! I would recommend this company any time! Steve C

My experience with Window and Door Design Center was great! Great product and great price too. (I had 5 quotes from different companies.) The salesman David was great he explained everything and was no pressure. The guy who came a few days later and took the exact measurements of the openings was excellent. The installers JR, Jason and Gilmar were the best.
They kept the dust down to a minimum and very carefully installed and cleaned each window/slider. They also installed an impact entry door on my garage perfectly. They did not damage anything! The project supervisor Corey called the other day as he said he would to schedule the few items that had to be finished after the inspection by the city (the fixed windows had covers to hide the screws but had to be installed after inspection).
The young guy who came to install these coverings was also very good. I could not be happier. The look of my new impact windows and sliders was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this company.

We contracted with them in August 2018. The job came out okay in the end and the windows themselves are nice, but the process was not smooth. From contract signing to completion was exactly one full year. From the beginning, the salesman was nice and professional but a little more laissez-faire than we would have liked. I guess that's better than a pushy salesman.
The install started after a few months, on schedule with what we expected. The installation crew was also polite and professional and took care to protect our home from dust and debris. They also worked with us on scheduling which part of the house to do on each day, as it was a big job (about 30 windows and doors total) and took well over a week.
Towards the end though they seemed to be rushing because they had a trip planned and the job was taking longer than originally anticipated. After the job was "complete" then finally a project manager showed up. He was shocked from the moment he got out of his car, saying he couldn't believe the installers had left the job the way they did. They left all of the window sills leaning against the outside of the house.
Instead of offering to replace them, even for an additional charge, they just said I had to hire a handyman. The project manager even noted that the caulking was sloppy around all of the windows, and even made them redo the caulking at the mullions. They also used white caulking under the fasteners on bronze windows so many of the screws had white donuts around them.
Several of the windows came with defective balance rods so windows wouldn't stay open. The install crew didn't mention it to the manager so a lot of time was lost in placing orders for replacement parts. So after several more trips to house, all spaced apart, the corrections were made. The manager wanted to make it up to us by sending someone to repair the stucco.
This was a little confusing because the contract said that it included stucco patch, but during the install they decided that it required repair not patch and that it wasn't included. They also offered to send their window washing crew who were supposedly the best. The window washers agreed that they could do the job in two days or less, there had already been sooo many trips to the house to get this project done.
They worked for two days and didn't get half the house done, we told them don't bother coming to finish. Four months later, the manager finally wants to come back for a final inspection. Finding that one of the windows was installed with parts missing and wobbling around in the opening, now more parts needed to be ordered. He wanted to collect final payment and he was surprised that I would hold payment for these last few minor parts.
With months going by between hearing from him, I felt better knowing they had some motivation to finally wrap things up. Two years later, the windows are holding up fine. A relative recently had some glass doors replaced by a different company that offered full service, everything patched and repaired, in and out quickly and with no problems or revisits required.
While WDDC did try all along the way to please us, and provided a few gratis services to make up for the shortcomings, we still wish our project would have gone much more smoothly and efficiently.
