Horrible at scheduling and guys did not call ahead like requested. I scheduled this company to come out to an empty commercial building that I had to be onsite to unlock the gate for three different times. Each of those times I arrived, waited, and ended up having to call to see where the technician was. Every time Maria told me there was a "miscommunication" and had to reschedule.
She called me once to tell me she had a tech that could come out that afternoon. I told her I would be onsite until 2pm and she said she would contact the tech. Around 12:45 I called to confirm since I had not heard anything and was told she was at lunch and would be back in 30 minutes. When she called me back she informed me she thought there was a tech at the office, but they were actually all on other jobs.
Would have been nice if she told me this before she went to lunch. I was rescheduled for the "first appointment" the next day at 8am. I arrived, sat until after 8:30, then called Maria. Again, she said there was a miscommunication and asked if we could reschedule. I would never recommend this company. They do not respect your time or communicate internally or with clients well. Would give negative stars if that was an option.

Great company to work with! We had placed a custom-sized order and it was ready in no time to be installed. The installers traveled out of town and got everything put in just right. We were very pleased with the experience, the quality and the pricing. Great products and easy to set up the Wifi app system and bridge to interface with our Alexa. Victor was great to work with and helpful throughout the process and beyond! Highly recommend Alamo Door Systems.

I am retired service member, who bought a home for my mom. I check on her from time and I see that some companies enjoy taking advantage of the elderly. My mom has a garage door that New Leaf Homes uses that is Alamo Doors which is fine. I just didn't think that the garage doors break down so easily. My mom been at her house for almost 2years. Her garage door has broken down 3x.
Once when they tried installing it. Let me remind you that it broke down prior to her moving in the property. Second time it broken down a month after the warranty was up. Third time, it broken down in November. The glue that they used came off and the center of the garage started to bend and fold, causing the garage door to cave inwardly. They are charging my mom money to fix it. Plus they say that their warranty is only good for 30 days. Garage doors suppose to last even years, not break down every couple of months.

Be careful with this company. I call in Saturday for open the door of my business and send a person after 2hrs Also the person do not open the door only for 10 minutes he said we not can make nothing and left. We recorded all. He coming to check after 2 days and offer a deal for add a new gait comercial. We reviving a bill for 480.00 for the emergency call in Saturday for this guy no make nothing.
I call my insurance and ask for a invoice quote for cover me. After that Alamo door send a invoice with a exageracion charge around 5,000.00. I call again to Alamo and ask for demonstrating what kind of door will put in my Bussines. The person in charge said we need frist the check for the insurance. So I said No Way really how I can see what you put in my location also asking for a pictures or something. I do not recommend this company only ask is money and not care about you or you Bussines very sad and disgusting with the service.

Wish I had never called them. Hired them to service a commercial door that has had issues prior repaired by another company. Salesman (Mike) claimed to have identified several issues. Repaired the door and was initially fine after $1,000 spent. However, 3.5 months later it failed again. I called, explaining the situation. A tech came out, looked at it and billed us for $100. Days later, the same initial salesman (Mike) came out and we received an estimate for the full price to replace.
I called the office and questioned why this was not warrantied. Tracy was very curt and implied that we had done the damage. Said she would check with her boss and salesman and see what could be done. Never heard back. Finally called Mike and he directly said that we caused the damage. No resolution. We're out the money and have to find another company.

Terrible experience. As a business owner, I know some people are quick to post a bad review, so I go out of my way to try and give a business an opportunity to get it right. Our restaurant door has a broken flush mounted door lock so I found this company on Google and called them Tuesday morning. I was transferred to Gerald in Parts who provided me his cell number so I could send him a picture of the door and part.
He responded back and indicated he would look to see if they carried the part and call me back. Tuesday afternoon I sent a reminder that I hadn't heard back from him, plus I called and the receptionist indicated she saw him go outside looking for parts so she would have him call me back. Nothing! Called again Wednesday morning and explained the situation; she told me she would have him call me right back.nothing! Called again in the afternoon and asked to speak to a owner/manager because I'm sure this is not what they are expecting the customer service to look like; she said she could address this and get someone else to call me back. Nothing to this date. Now that I see the owners name is Gary, I will give this one more try.
