The tech really knew what he was doing. Quick and efficient. He fixed the one damaged door and updated maintainence on both doors. Polite and professional.

I have an older door, not ready financially ready to replace and John didn't try to sell me with additional services like I've had in the past from other companies. More than two years after installation of my garage doors, I had an issue that required a service call. The service technician from American overhead door recognized that the issue I was having was the result of a unique complication encountered during installation, and they had the integrity to complete the repair at no cost in order to simply make it right. It is customer service like this, along with quality service and products, that makes American overhead door the best company to choose when searching for new garage doors!

Their Rep Ken did an awesome job repairing my garage door. Anotherr company was pushing to replace the door but Ken was honest and said he could repair. He did a great job and was very professional Base on my personal experience, I would recommend this company.

After exploring multiple vendors, I was very impressed with the sales people and the product quality along with the best price. I also was very excited that they also came out and put in a temporary fix on my existing door so I can continue using it until the new door arrives and installation is complete. I was also very happy to hear that the new door, hopefully will be sooner than I expected. THANK YOU

Not sure where the good reviews are coming from. I spent several thousand dollars for a new door. The door will not open or close properly because the sensors were not installed correctly. This is a serious security concern. The original installer did not make sure everything was working before they left. I had to schedule an appointment so they could fix their mistake.

They were not concerned with a timely resolution. Several days later an individual shows up and says that the sensors were not wired correctly. After they fixed the wiring the door worked correctly for a few hours then again stopped working. It looks like they used the wrong brackets for the sensors. In addition, there is a bent railing that they say is "normal." I've lost all trust in this company. Scheduled yet another appointment, yes several days out, and they are showing little regard for their shoddy work. Going on several weeks with a door that will not work correctly. Beware before you spend your hard earned money.

Eric nelson did a great job installing our new garage door it looks amazing and got the garage door for a really good price, i highly reccomend american overhead door.

The service technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and attentive to my questions and needs. This company was recommended to me by a friend who is a realtor here in Colorado Springs. The technician did the work in a timely manner and took care to explained how my new system worked and I didn't feel like he was rushed. I highly recommend this company.

Great company with great service and prices. I called in the morning and was able to get Nick out later in the afternoon to fix my garage door. He did an excellent job. I had another company out earlier in the year and now know they did not do a good job. My door is now working better than it has in the last year or more. Nick was knowledgeable, very informative and polite. I now know who to call to keep my garage door in top condition.

We had the BEST experience today with this amazing garage door company. Our garage door spring snapped at the worst possible time and I called to see about a same day repair. Initially there was only an evening after hours appointment available, which we gratefully accepted, but we were shocked to get a call that there was a cancellation and they could come out within the hour!

All I can say is WOW, what excellent service, from the office personnel to the polite and highly qualified technician Dezmend, to the reasonable repair price, we were so satisfied. Don't think twice when looking for a garage door company. This is the one to call!

I checked this company's reviews and they had many of them. Several previous customers mentioned the professional treatment, knowledge and skill and how the Tech checked the issue FIRST and looked for all repairs that can be done BEFORE needing new anything. Greg Robb did just that for us. He let us know he was arriving and was on time. Greg got right on the issue and fixed it.then checked other equipment.

Very professional company, all employees with whom we had interaction with were a pleasure to work with, and the quality of our installation of all doors was top notch. It took much longer than expected for the job to be completed but only do to manufacturing, product availability and ship times do to the current economic situation. Would definitely recommend American Overhead Door of Colorado Springs.

My Wayne Dalton spring system needed replacement. It lasted 6 years, my how 10,000 cycles flies by! Called American who did the replacement in 2015. They were able to get me in the following day and as luck would have it, Ken who did the replacement last time fixed it this time. He is polite and thorough. Ken took the time to explain the adjustments he made and suggested modifications to consider for future garage door repairs. These folks are the ones to call!

American Overhead Door replaced our two-car and one-car garage doors and did a wonderful job! Ryan was very helpful in getting the doors selected and ordered and the tech that installed them did a fantastic job. We have nothing but great things to say about them.

Very happy with the service and product provided. Ryan was great in giving professional opinions about the different thickness and such of different doors we had selected. The slate color of the garage door is a very very close match to our front door slate from some other vendor, which is incredible! They fixed the gaps that we had at the top and bottom, new seal around it.

The motor used to sway every time due to the improper installation of the previous owners, but this doesn't sway and is quiet. Stephen was great, installation went smoothly and he cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very highly recommended. Very happy with what we got. 5/5
