Wow, I can see why this company gets so many 5-star ratings. When I called they told me they would get someone out for an estimate the same day in between other jobs they were working. That was my first good surprise. A technician came by within a couple hours after calling ahead. He quickly confirmed the problem and gave me a price quote. I authorized the work and expected that it would be scheduled for later, but again to my surprise he was able to get to work right away. Besides doing a perfect job on replacing the door spring, he performed a complete inspection. It was an absolute pleasure to have him work on our garage door.

I have heard of Hollywood-Crawford before and then I saw them highly recommended on Nextdoor. We have lived in our house with a non-functioning garage door for 4 years. In under an hour they got the door fixed up and running perfectly! I am very pleased. They are also reasonable for their prices/labor. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the technician, Danny. He was very professional and respectful. He did an outstanding job on repairing my garage issue, in addition to explaining the repair. Unfortunately, the home warranty company that I have did not cover the repair. However, I wasn't overcharged and had a great experience. I highly recommend Holly-wood Crawford Door Company.

We were very pleased with our purchase and all the people along the way that helped to make this such a good experience. Our salesperson was diligent and informative in helping us make the right decision. Our installation went off without any problems with installers notifying us in advance of arrival time and showing up on time, installing doors and cleaning up, giving clear instructions and very courteous. We would highly recommend this company and use them again in the future.

I had an issue with my garage door opener which was intermittent and the tech was able to resolve it! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I had a prior company that came out for the same issue and didn't do nearly as much to resolve my problem. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service. Hollywood Crawford is awesome! I called to replace a spring on my garage door and got an appointment the next day as requested. The technician called to let me know when he would arrive and he arrived on time. He went over what he was going to do and replaced my spring in a timely manner. He also suggested that I fix another element of the door, to which he demonstrated and explained, and made me confident in going ahead with the suggestion. I'm happy to recommend Hollywood Crawford to anyone who needs it!

We have used Hollywood Crawford for years and each time it has been fantastic. Competitive pricing, easy scheduling and great service. Jason helped us out in installing new garage door openers. He took the time to walk us through everything and make sure he kept us updated throughout the process. He went above and beyond and even programming our cars and remotes that we had to the new system. When he left everything was in order and did such a thorough job. I had a great experience with Hollywood-Crawford. We originally thought we needed to replace our openers and our doors. It turned out we just needed to replace the openers and do some repairs to the doors. Danny was great for both the inspection and the installation. Jonathan was quick with the quote and adjustments as we requested them. Overall very happy with their service.

Hollywood-Crawford Door Co. Did it again. They have never let me down. A 20-year old spring snapped at 4:20 pm. Within 30-minutes they had a technician, Benjamin, to my garage, with a new spring and it was installed in a timely manner. Benjamin was fantastic at his work. He was very efficient, tidy and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing door work.

Hollywood-Crawford surpassed my expectations. Jonathon was our repairman. He caught me off-guard because he called me earlier than I expected & said he was 15-20 minutes out. He arrived promptly. He introduced himself & was very professional, friendly, & informative. As soon as we discussed my issue, he went to work & rectified the situation quickly. We will be following-up with Hollywood-Crawford to permanently repair or replace our garage door. On top of that he is a fellow Veteran. Very satisfied.
