Great customer experience! First - last month they replaced springs on two doors. This month I called them back to replace broken automatic garage door opener (circa 1983). During both installs they were on time, courteous, neat and helpful.

I just had my 60 year old, solid wood garage door rebuilt and an opener installed. Mid-State Door had the bottom panel custom built, since the origional was in bad shape. Also they had installed a automatic garage door opener. The guy (Rob) who came out was great. He arrived at the on time. Rob was friendly and professional. The repair and install was completed well under the predicted time. Rob was very safety conscious and replaced the old cables and created a safety cable for the old spring in the event of a critical failure.

He took the time to explain the features and operations of the automatic garage door opener. Rob was awesome! I am very pleased and I highly recommend Mid-State Door inc. to anyone who is thinking about getting their residential garage door repaired or replaced.
