Raynor is definitely the place to go if you need anything garage door related! We have been going to them for years any time we need parts for our doors (snapped cables, springs, ect) and they always have what I need in stock. Since I'm the one that does all the repairs now, I absouletly LOVE that they take their time explaining things to me so I understand completely.

They never try to rush me out or dismiss my questions. I recently had to purchase a new door opener. Service was quick and EXCELLENT! I told them it was no rush at all, I just wanted it done before September (this was in May) and they had the opener in 3 days later! The guys that came were awesome! Prices are excellent and I love knowing that they back their products and if I have an issue, I can call them to help. I will need new doors soon and I will go straight here because they are the best, I know I'm getting a quality product and piece of mind when buying from them.

We use Raynor for commercial garage door maintenance and they are always professional. When it's an emergency, they always make every effort to come out to us. We appreciate their service. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service! We currently have a garage door opener system that was installed by Raynor several years ago. The spring broke this weekend, so I called them this morning. The person (male) was rude, told me that I was confused, and proceeded to tell me how the opener works in conjunction with the spring. He kept repeating that I was confused until I became irritated and told him to stop treating me like I was senile. We both hung up the phone on each other. Apparently, they like to talk down to women.not a business that I will ever do business with and do not recommend!

Terrible customer service. Called twice to have someone come do an estimate on doors that they installed. Finally someone came here. Then after 3 more phone calls and 2 weeks time - we are told the owner needs to approve the estimate. Another week and another phone call to only be yelled at by the secretary and told that they do not currently have the parts to install a weather seal WHAT a simple standard part. Will never waste time calling this company again

The staff at Raynor Overhead Door Sales help me figure out how to replace a torsion spring in-built two for me while I waited. It was a little more expensive to buy it here than online but the convenience of going to pick one up right when I needed it was valuable to me. I would recommend using Raynor in the future.

Don't waste your time! Got a few quotes but I liked Gary & the product he offered so I sent in my $1300 down payment on 9/24 for custom doors. I was told they needed 5 weeks so I waited & waited & waited. I called at week 6 & was told that someone would get back to me. No one ever called me. I called the next day & was told another 2-3 weeks. I called again today (11/30) & was told my doors should be delivered to the shop on 12/13 but I would have to wait for installation!

If I ran my business the way they run theirs, I wouldn't be able to keep the doors open. A friend of my family recommended them & Gary Allnut (sales) specifically & is completely embarrassed. I repeat.don't waste your time!

Everyte I've needed them to repair a broken spring, they've been there fast. They do quality work.

My garage door torsion spring was about 15 years old and finally snapped. I called up Raynor Overhead Door in Syracuse and a day later their technician showed up on time, and fixed the door for the exact price quoted over the phone. No bait and switch and no recommending replacement parts for things that didn't need to be replaced. The technician was polite and worked fast.

As a frequent DIY'er, I considered buying a spring and installing it myself, but it's a little tricky and potentially dangerous for a novice. Hiring an expert saved me hours of time, and was surprising affordable. I would definitely recommend hiring somebody to replace torsion springs, and this company really impressed me, which isn't easy.
