Had all windows replaced throughout the house using this company back in 2012. Haven't had the greatest experience with them. My biggest complaint is that they don't lock with ease. I have to apply adequate downward pressure before sliding latch. Having said that, I recently reached out to them about a bad window seal using their online contact option.
After waiting two weeks with no response, I decided to call them. No one answered, so I left a detailed message along with my name and phone number. It's been a week and have yet to hear from them. Disappointed to say the least.

I don't normally like to post negative reviews but after weeks of thinking about it I will to save others from this company. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. I ordered last August still haven't seen them. Only time they are in contact is to get the down payment. Was told I would get them in November 2021 I am still waiting it is April 2022. After countless attempt and having to go to headquarters who were also of no help I many get them yes may get them by august.
They say they only have one installer because the others have quit. Well if there customers service is any sign of how they treat there employees I am sure they are leaving. The also told me if I wanted them in sooner I could find someone else to install them for them. Clearly thought that was why I hired them. To save you years of waiting and bing out thousands of dollars just don't.
Not only do they not care the owner and the company itself doesn't seem to care. They only want that deposit. I would rather just have my money back thank continues working with this terrible company.

Order windows Oct 9 th and was told installation late december early January, today March 22 I called window world and they wanted to set intstallation up for july! was told installation in 10-12 weeks, after purchase, now they want to set up installation up for 30 weeks after i paid! i never recieved a call! had to call them

Initially was upset by the time it took to install the windows. The factory is behind and my install date kept getting pushed out. However, voiced my concern to the installation department and they accommodated the installation sooner then originally I was told. The installation team (Andy) was GREAT, very professional, quick, and personable. Will definitely order more from window world when I need more work done, and highly recommend the installers we had!

Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I had a good understanding of what the plan was. He kept me in the loop. I had absolutely no issues with this company and everyone I came into contact with. I would highly recommend Window World to friends/family and look forward to working with them (and Kevin) again in the future!

Window world is a very quality driven business to purchase windows, not only quality in their products, but also in there customer service! The company manager Kevin is very professional and works toward making sure his customers are satisfied! I had a problem with one of my windows today Christmas Eve day 2019 and Kevin came to my home and resolved my window issue, thank you Kevin and Wndow World! We are very happy with the speed of delivery, price, and most important is performance! We had the 7 windows installed last winter. Two were hard to lock and we finally got around to contacting window world. They came out and made the adjustments on the spot! This company is a stand up company and all people I've worked with are highly motivated to preform their job and ask if we had Our questions answered, and were happy with the results. We need more people and companies like this!

I own an 1860 Home and Window World replaced 68 windows in my home. They were so easy to work with, price competitive, high quality and excellent service. I had one window crack and they replaced it quickly. If I could give them more than five stars I would. They say they stand behind their windows and they did exactly that.

Just got new windows installed from window world and highly recommend to anyone. Great job all around and seem to be of very high quality. After getting several quotes and doing my own research I felt Window world offered the best bang for your dollar. I went with the Energy Star Lifetime warranty Windows. Salesman Nick was knowledgeable and helpful with all questions, Installers were great and cleaned up after job and even swept and moped floors. 5 stars all around.

We recently replaced all windows in our home. We had estimate from a different local company which was outrageous. We previously utilized Window World in Florida and it was a great. We contacted the local WW and ordered a whole house replacement. Installers Bobby, Jason and Carlos were Great as were Kevin and Vince who assisted in the trim. Thanks also to Tom the salesman. We saved over $6000 by using WW.
