Great service and they perform miracle repairs! Location is in the SE metro area but have a few hardware stores in other locations that send windows to them. Call for locations if Grandview is too far for you. I will definitely be returning with my business. Located behind the building in the photo. Non-cash based.

I have used J and J in the past. About 6 years ago to be accurate. I called to ask them about having someone do a house call to measure and build the screens I need as all of my windows are a hodge podge of different screen types. I was toni needed to email their installer. So I decided to stop by their shop after work one day I stead and talk to someone there about my screen needs.
Them man there was very nice and I left my old invoice and contact info for them to have someone call me about the service. And so far no one has. So, for now, I'm giving them 3 stars. I will update this one way or the other soon.

I would not recommend J&J Screen Company to anyone. They are rude. Need to learn how to answer a phone and have customer service skills. Very unprofessional. Will tell you we will be out to your place. Never show up. Also will not give you a time they will be at your place. Also once you pay them and something is wrong with your screen you will get the run around. I wish I could give them a zero but can't here. Run from this company.

I am writing more than a year after J&J installed my screens. I felt the need to let others know that the service is excellent. A person came and talked with me, measured and then they go back and in a day or two, have a quote. It is not inexpensive, but not out of line either. It is, in my opinion, well worth every cent paid. I agreed and they got the job done. I highly recommend them. I would use them again and if anyone asks if I know of a good screening company, this is it.
