Energy Professional Windows & Siding

Needed to replace 2 garage windows that were wooden and rotting. Decided on Energy Pro and am very satisfied. Charles was the salesman was very informative and not pushy at all. Dalton was the installer and did a fabulous job. Cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess at all.

Mark and Aaron installed 8 windows in our home today. They were professional and took much of their time to answer questions about our newly installed windows as well as about any future problems we might encounter in other existing windows in our home. In addition, they took time to guide us on the use and cleaning of our new windows. The exteriors of the front windows matched perfectly, and we love our new casement window over our kitchen sink.

The sliding windows in the basement not only look great, but we are already feeling a difference in the temperature and comfort level. Easy process from start to finish. Beginning with Dave, straightforward in picking out front entry French Doors to the four replacement windows across the front of the house. All products came in early from the times they were promised. Crew members Rick, Chris and Andy arrived on time. They worked fast, efficiently and were pleasant. All work was completed in one day. We are extremely happy with the quality of products, installation and all staff members of Energy Pro. And our house lets in much more natural light. Who wouldn't want that?

I had 13 windows and a sliding glass door installed recently by Energy Pro. The crew, Luke, Aaron, Mark, Chris, Dalton, and Mark, were very professional. They did a great job. The salesman, Tom Reed, suggested that I replace the doors going to my back deck with a sliding glass door. Great idea.

We chose Energy Pro to replace three ground-level windows in the basement. My old windows were original (2000 or so) and one of them had lost the insulating gas. All three windows were difficult to clean and remove the screens. We had three companies come out and bid, and while Energy Pro was not the cheapest, they had the fastest delivery time. The window replacement service went better than expected.

I was afraid we would have to touch up paint around the windows but I was pleasantly surprised to see that wasn't the case at all. They look great and we plan to have two more windows replaced by Energy Pro next year.

So excited for my new windows on front of my house. Mark, my installer, came this morning and worked diligently to get them installed. Plus he left the work site spotless. Definitely has upped my house's curb appeal. I am looking out them now, it's like a whole new world. I knew I made the right decision to go with Energy Pro again after they did such an amazing job with the windows on the back of my house.

We requested bids from over a dozen window and siding companies, and Energy Pro was the winner! From the kind and genuine salesman (thanks, Tom!), to their very helpful office staff, and especially the fast and detail oriented installers, it was exactly the kind of company we wanted to spend our money with. Don't let window buying intimidate you, they will make it a breeze!

Fun facts: *Tom brought sample windows and it was really nice to see them in person in my own home and not have to go out to a show room. *It took our windows about 6 week from order date to install, I'm not sure what current conditions are like. *Installers were very nice and thorough, even vacuumed up debris when they were done. Most installers I have dealt with leave a mess. When we replace our 6 large windows for our next project, we will absolutely be using Energy Pro again!

We love our new windows from Energy Pro. They look great, and our office feels like it's a whole new room. It was a great experience from start to finish. David was very helpful and informative when he came to do our quote. There was no high pressure sales pitch, which was nice. Mark did great job putting the windows in. He was on time, professional, friendly and efficient. He did a great job cleaning up after he was done as well. We'll definitely use them again when we're ready to do more windows.
