The vinyl extrusions and vinyl components used in our windows are warranted to be free from defects that might result in blistering, peeling, flaking, corroding and fading of the window for as long as you own your home. This Warranty on vinyl frame and vinyl sash shall remain in effect only if normal cleaning practices are followed periodically - see section "Maintenance & Cleaning".

This company is hands down the best I've ever done business with! Not only did they do an outstanding job replacing all of the doors and windows in my home, they have treated me with kindness and understanding. I'm active duty Coast Guard and due to the government shutdown I'm not being paid. Jemison Window and Door has been kind enough to pause my monthly payments until the government is back up and running and we start receiving pay.

Best experience getting our replacement windows. Our home had old aluminum windows and because of this the sun would heat up our home in the summer and the noise was awful from outside. Our new widows are incredible. My wife loves the look on the outside of our home and the heat/ noise issues are completely gone. We got exactly what we were told and more with this company. I recommend them to everyone.

Awesome job! Prompt, professional from start to finish. Employees were very polite and did a great job. They did every window in our home in about 5 and a half hours! Wonderful experience. Worked with Jim the owner and he led us through the entire replacement window process. His prices were better than competitors and you could really tell they know their products like no one else. Our windows look beautiful and his instillation crew did a wonderful job. We loved that his installation guys work for him and have for years. We would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I purchased a house a few years back and knew we needed to get our windows replaced. We've been saving ever since and wanted to make sure we chose the right company that had good prices and the best service. After getting a quote from a few companies, Jemison's was the best. Even if they were higher we would have gone with them. They immediately made us feel so comfortable and went over every detail to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.
