Christina and her team go above and beyond. They really listen to what you want and follow through. Every single window in our house has a rod or blinds through them and I couldn't be happier. Great on communicating and getting the job done asap. You won't be disappointed.

I had a Wonderful Experience with Beds & Blinds in Daphne, AL. They came and measured, I decided which blinds and color, that matched the room. Due to the current pandemic supply shortage, they let me know that it would be a little while. They called when the blinds arrived and installed them very quickly. The Price and Style of the blinds were very competitive, and they sure do look better than anything I could have ordered from Lowe's or Home Depot. I was Very Pleased with my Purchase and Price, and will definitely use them again for any window coverings that I need. Thanks So Much Daryl for a Job Well Done!

Daryl was patient, kind, and helpful in my choosing of the right style, product, texture, fabric, color, and all of window coverings for new house. The show room great to actually "see" demo products if cannot visualize from a home sales visit. He also measured accurately and thoroughly, as the blinds and shutters when installed were perfect. Everyone from sales, reception, installers were all professional and respectful.

Phone calls were returned, questions answered and appointment times kept as scheduled. Worksheet pricing was given before order placed, so no surprises. Am pleased with the end result of their offerings. Had placed calls/messaged two others recommended to me and did not have response from either. Recommend Beds and Blinds!

From free estimate and measuring (thank you David) to installation, it was a pleasure to work with their whole team. They are on-time (if not early) and work quickly and efficiently. Jared and Chris did a fantastic job installing our new plantation shutters in our bedrooms. They took away the old blinds and cleaned up. The shutters look amazing too. I can't wait to get the rest of our rooms done now!

I spent over $1,000 with them last year. Called them to get two more blinds this year. They came out and measured. Then my husband told the girl that some of the blinds did not close properly. She said she would check on it. The boss man called me and was very rude and told me they would not fix any blinds and not sell me two more. I will never recommend them or use them again!

My husband and I drove over from Pensacola to check out this place. We received no customer service-ZERO. We had to speak first to the lady behind the desk after entering the business. It was very clear after looking around a bit that she wasn't slightly interested in making any kind of sale. We were the only two people in the place so it wasn't as if she was busy. RUDE! Would not recommend coming to this business. Maybe they work mostly with other companies not individuals.

I've been having trouble finding mounts for some existing blinds I already had. They didn't have them, but Kristi who answered the phone, took my name and number, and called me back with a list of other places that could help. That kind of customer service is amazing for a non-customer!
