Great experience with A Quality Garage Door. I sent Deric a description of my problem with some photos. He gave me a fixed price over the phone and sent Jesus over the same day and replaced my old broken garage door seal and bracket with a brand new one. Jesus did an outstanding job. It looks and fits better than when it was new. The price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

When your garage door won't open and your brand new car is inside, you want a quick response from a company nearby, and A Quality Garage Door was the right call to make! They answered right away, explained what they thought was wrong, gave me a price, and were at the house about an hour later. Jesus was informative and efficient! He fixed our problem, checked all of the mechanisms of the door, and he even performed maintenance and showed us how to do it ourselves once a year to keep the parts in good repair. One of our garage door springs broke yesterday. I called company based on location and Yelp reviews this morning around 10am and they said they would send someone out between noon and 3:30. Jesus arrived around 12:15pm and was done just at 1pm. Jesus also identified a problem I was already aware of with how the door opener was installed on the door and offered, with no sales pressure, to correct it with a metal plate made for that specific problem. Jesus was very professional and competent and arrived in a nearly brand new truck - clean, well stocked, efficient, etc.

Fixed my old Genie opener quickly. It was a burned out rpm module that had to be replaced. It's inside the controller About the size of a quarter. Pulled out the old one and plugged in the new one. Could have never figured that one out on my own and frankly, I don't wanna know. Glad these guys do.

Then he worked with us to confirm the options we wanted as far as door style, window glass etc. He had Jesus come to measure and verify the details as well as give us a catalog of the door options. We have used the services of A Quality Garage Door 3 times in the past 10 years. Excellent experiences each time including today when Jesus replaced torsion springs on our garage door. Showed up on time. Friendly and professional and finished 1 hour later. Couldn't be more pleased. The people at A Quality Garage Doors have been with the company 10+ years in most cases.

I had a real problem- the former owners converted the garage to a rom and dry walled and closed off the garage around the dangerous old fashion metal spring garage door metal. To make matters worse, they were so old that they did not have a safety bar in the middle of the spring. Quality Garage arrives on time and took care of the situation. These guys that deserve every star they've earned. My garage door broke on a Friday afternoon - 2 hours before I had a hair appt and a 5 a.m. flight the next morning so basically I needed this taken care of A S A P. Jason was at my house and had it knocked out within an hour of me speaking with Derrick, who was as nice and professional as can be.

To top it all off, my dog was in love with Jason and he gave her some very nice treats! If you're thinking of calling them, do it. I got really lucky by finding these guys.

I had a home warrantee claim for my garage door wasn't closing and was referred to this company by chance. I am extremely pleased at the next day service since my call was late the day before and courteous service they provided. They were modernized with emailing and texting me everything regarding the service and what was done. It turned out the sprocket to the head unit was broken. They replaced it within the hour and was back up and running.

Ok so I chose this company because of its 5 star reviews. I was a little skeptical at first. My garage door broke Friday night and I was getting desperate becauae I couldn't safely close it. I had accidently closed it on a cabinet door and tweaked it really bad. I called the number and pushed the button for emergency services. Deric answered the phone on a Saturday morning and explained that they we're closed, but would send out a technician anyway.

The technician was on time, even with all of the rain. He educated me on the problem, how to prevent it again and gave me a heads up on possible future issues with my 15 year old opener. I was charged appropriately and happy with the repair. Will definitely use them again. I hear they have a great selection on new doors too.

When a tension spring broke on the garage door this company had it repaired within 5 hours from the initial call. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The cost for the work completed was less than expected. Derick was my technician and he went above and beyond to make the repair in an efficient manner while also providing tips to keep our door working properly. If I need any further repairs or a new opener in the future I will return to using this company.

These guys came out the next day when one of my springs broke on my garage door in Anaheim Hills! I forget the tech name but he was extremely courteous and showed up right on time (or the beginning of the window they gave me, and I asked if they could come earlier in the 3 hour window) it wasnt anything major as it was just the screw that broke but I was impressed on how quickly it was repaired and our good conversation as I watched a little bit as he worked. The price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend them!

Just bought a house in Buena Park and needed to get my garage door adjusted. The door would make all sorts of grinding sounds when opening and closing. The door also would not open all the way preventing my wife and I from parking inside. I called these guys around 1pm thinking I would have to wait a day or two.nope.they diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave me pricing and scheduled the repair for that afternoon. Derrick came out on time and was very professional. Within an hour or so he had the door adjusted and running smoothly for the price they quoted me. Both my wife and I can now park inside.
