Very poor customer service! I called to ask questions about glass replacement for French doors, the lady I spoke with would not answer questions because she did not know what type of doors I had. When I asked if I could email photos to get a quote she got ruder, if that's possible and told me, "WE DONT DO WORK FOR FREE"!

Very poor customer service. Called to ask if they sell parts for sliding doors, she stated "No, you would have to know the manufacture". I stated what if I have the # to the wheel? she hurried up and said the same thing "need to know manufacture?". I said ok. As soon as I was going to ask for an estimate on how much to repair sliding door, she hung up on me. WOW! Guess I'm not giving them my business.lol!

Linda made us a patio table glass top. We took in the table to have accurate measurements. When we brought it home, come to find out that there was a space of 1/16. Took it back to her to see the space. She then offered to make a template but we would need to pay for the template and new glass top again. Why not just pay the difference for a template? No, she wouldn't budge. So we left the glass top. Bad customer service. I'd stay away.

They charge $100 to do the estimate, which other business does for free. They gave me a quote of $500 to replace a French door glass, then raised to $550 and asked for 70% down payment, which I never heard of so large of down payment. The same day I got a quote of 260 from another glass installer. Stay away from that money sucking woman sales!

I was recommended to door and glass unique for my bathroom remodel. I ordered a frame-less shower with all the accessories. Linda was very straightforward and clear with the design and pricing of all my options. I really liked the fact that she called me for follow up status on my orders. I even came in when she was already closed, but she told me to come in anyways and she will open the gate for me. Now that's customer service.
