I discovered 1 of the 2 torsion springs on my garage door were broken and both needed to be replaced. Searched the web and after reading the reviews I emailed Garage Door Rescue and within minutes received a phone from Adam. I explained my issue and he explained the remedy and booked an appointment for the next morning. He arrived well within the 9-11 appointment window and made quick work of a job that I as a DIY guy definitely did not want to tackle. Great customer service and worth the money.

The cost quoted was a bit insane. They were going to apply struts when they checked the garage door and said the struts would add support. They were quoting easily 200. I call around to garage wholesale places.the struts cost about 30 dollars. I went to pick it up myself and installed it on the panel that was weak.

Adam responded to my request quickly. Service was professional and prompt. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again in the future!
