Chris and his team did a great job replacing our windows. They started on an unseasonably warm February day and finished on a very frigid day before an ice event. They made sure we were happy with the work before they left. Every person on the crew was friendly and professional. Due to our work schedule, the crew was in our house without us being present.

I was confident in their trustworthiness. About 5 months prior they installed a storm door. We are very happy with that project also. Garry acquired the business between the time the windows were ordered and delivered. I was a bit apprehensive about how the transition would play out. Fortunately I had no need to be concerned. Garry made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. He was great to work with. I highly recommend Legacy Exteriors for door and window installation/replacement.

First let me say that this company is one of the best out there for Windows! I originally was referred to another company by my realtor but sadly never heard from them. It was then I came across Legacy Exterior where its says "others also view" section. I read all the reviews from others homeowners and I was intrigued by the following keywords that stood out to me such great service, professional and fair price; I decided to call and spoke with Matt who came out to meet with with us. Matt was personable, yet professional and he took his time to go over the samples.

We had 14 windows and slider door for a fair price (the most attractive of the 3 quotes I received!). I am happy with the updated look and his team were all professional and made very little mess. Matt and his crew did an excellent job on our windows and doors. We've been able to see the different they've made in the heat of summer and cold of winter, and their work was well done. Matt and the crew are easy to work with, happy to help, and want to make things right. I've referred several people to Matt and will continue to do so!

This is a first class business. Matt (the owner) was personally involved in my project from start to finish. The project involved replacing all exterior glass in a small house in Grapevine, which included 3 windows and one large custom sliding glass door. Though my project was relatively small in comparison to many whole-house window replacement projects, I was impressed with Matt's frequent communication and personal attention to ensure a quality result. Matt provided all the information and advice I needed to make the best decision about which manufacturer and product line to choose, along with a "no nonsense" estimate.

After I placed my order he kept me updated throughout the ordering, manufacturing, and delivery process. The installation crew (led by Chris) arrived exactly when promised. They were professional, hard-working, and friendly. Matt was also present as needed on installation day to work with the crew, perform a final inspection, explain the warranty, and walk me through how to use the new windows and sliding door.

When I choose a company to work on my home, the attributes I value most are knowledge of available products, deep understanding of how the work should be done, professionalism, quality of work, attention to detail, straight forward communication, and the strong sense that my project is as important to the business owner and the people doing the work as it is to me. Legacy Exteriors earns 5 stars on all counts.

We should've done this years ago! We got estimates from 4 different companies and thought Legacy had the best windows at the best price for us. We didn't need the most expensive; we just needed something that was installed correctly, worked properly, insulated for TX heat and cold, easy to clean, and beautiful inside and out to compliment our style of home. Right?

What everyone wants! We got it! Matt delivered! Chris and his crew were amazing! Every member knew their job for the day and did it with pride! They "owned" that window and actually loved doing it! They checked each other's work and made sure that everything was perfect. They found things I never would have noticed! These guys strive for and deliver quality and satisfaction, not just for the homeowner, but for themselves! They actually love their job/trade! Neat, tidy, the whole way through! 5 stars is not enough!

Highly recommend Legacy. Our house is 20 years old with typical white aluminum grid builder's windows. I did alot of research on window types and companies. Matt was very knowledgeable answering all questions. Took a picture of our house to show what a new front door would look like. Our 23 windows and front door were measured twice to ensure they fit perfectly.

The Legacy installation crews were polite, efficient, and meticulous. Numerous compliments from neighbors. Windows keep the heat down and let light in making the house much brighter inside. Matt kept in touch through the whole project and was very easy to deal with. I have never been so happy to write a big check. Update 6.15.20: We had Legacy replace the remainder of our old windows. Had some challenges for them in the kitchen and bathroom and they came through. Windows look great inside and out. Rooms were left cleaner than when they came!

We received estimates from 6 different companies. We thought Legacy Exteriors offered the most and best window & door options to suit our needs at a reasonable price. Matt suggested various options and explained the installation process as we had many questions. We think this might be the first time we actually got what was promised from a contractor and more!

We just can't say enough wonderful things regarding Chris and his crew! They were punctual, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They took pride and satisfaction in their quality of work. The crew is proud of their trade and it shows! The windows and door are a much improved addition to our home. Highly Recommend as we are more than happy with our choice.

In short, I highly recommend these folks. We had Legacy replace 16 windows and our back door. From project start to finish, everything was perfect. Sales call, Ordering, Scheduling, Installation, Quality of workmanship, and follow-ups. Matt and his crew were great to work with. This was our third round of window installations. Our first vendor was Home Depot and there were schedule delays and lack of communication.

Install was okay. Our second round was with Allied Siding. They were a disaster in most aspects. I wish we would have started with Legacy first. We have three windows to go and I'm only calling Legacy Exteriors for the install.

Highly recommend Legacy Exteriors who replaced my 48 windows. Matt provided a detailed, straight forward estimate with no gimmicks or so called "discounts". Very competitive pricing, with options, on high quality windows. Removal of old windows, installation, and cleanup done with care. No surprises. Great to work with. Matt is very knowledgeable about the different products offered and helped us select the right window for our budget and what we wanted to accomplish with replacement windows. Matt also thoroughly informed us of how the install process works and how his install crew works. It is rare to find to find contractor crews who work like professionals, take care of your property and are courteous and respectful. We would highly recommend them for consideration.

Legacy Exteriors did an AMAZING job replacing our windows and front door. Matt was knowledgeable, professional and a great help at choosing what works best for us. The installation was just as good! Chris, Val, David, Angelo and Tim were AWESOME! Their attention to detail was great.from installing the windows and door to cleaning up! I think my floors were cleaner than when they started! I HIGHLY recommend Matt and his team and would definitely use them in the future!

Legacy Exteriors did a wonderful sliding glass door installation for our house just recently. They are reasonable with their prices, and do very professional work I would hire them again, and highly recommend Legacy anytime you want an excellent installation of windows or doors. I also liked the fact that the crew cleaned up as they worked.

I can't say enough good things about this company! We had to replace most of the windows in our two story home, so we called to schedule a consultation with them. Legacy not only made the process quick and easy, they are also very reasonably priced. Matt, the owner, deals directly with his customers, and is involved in overseeing each installation.

He kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, and even had someone do a few touch ups (very minor things we didn't see at the end of installation) a week or so later after the job was done. Matt and his team screened in our porch last year, and the process from start to finish was great. He got to know my husband and me, and didn't seem like he was all about the sale like some companies are. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family. We love our new windows from Legacy! As the temperatures have been rising, I've already noticed our AC cutting on less than before we upgraded our windows. Every person on their team, from sales, instillation, to quality assurance was absolutely fabulous and professional. They've got a customer for life!

The actual windows even after 2 years are still in perfect condition. The installation was incredible and the crew was very courteous and respectful. Great experience! Our sliding glass doors were exactly as described. They did a follow up appointment to fix a small issue as soon as it was reported. Very responsive!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. We got quotes from three different people and they were by far the most professional and best price. I could not be happier with my windows. We had horrible windows and now we can use all our windows with no problems. Not to mention I can sit in my office in the afternoon and not roast. And after the guys left if it were not for the windows you would not have known they were even there. I recommend them to everyone now.

Matt was really nice and down to earth. He helped to explain a lot about the high efficiency windows that he was offering. Installation was fast and now my house is a lot cooler. Although these windows are not the cheapest, they were well worth it. I have checked other window installation places around and for the the quality, Legacy Exteriors were the cheapest. Even though Champion windows may be the biggest company, it cost $2000 more than what I have paid with these guys.
