Adams was contracted by my building contractor to install our garage doors for a new build. If I would have known they only warranty their work 1 month from the date of install, I would have never hired this company. The main overhead door was installed incorrectly from the beginning. They were out several times and even had the manufacturer of the door out to tell them what they needed to do to fix the issue.
They pointed fingers at everyone, even blamed us for the issue that they could not fix. We eventually had to call Hartland overhead door to come out and fix what they said was not an issue. I have heard that this was a good company before Door Professionals LLC bought them out, but personally I would never EVER hire this company to do anything that involves garage doors. Make sure you do your research before no matter what the price is.

Have used Door Professionals before at my business(s). Not cheap, but historically responsive to my needs. The front door at the main entrance was tore off at one of my locations due to high winds at 6pm on a Friday evening. Called the 24hr emergency call center at 6:45pm in order to see if I could get service. The lady at the call service (pleasant) told me she would dispatch someone for the repair. Ended up calling a total of 3 times just to see if I could get service, not being told the conditions of their 24hr service. Todd (technician?) informed me at 8:30 pm they only provide service to their "regular" customers. What defines a regular customer? Would consider different alternatives to others.
