This place is definitely worth your time and money. Ben hooked me up the same day I called. Super friendly and accommodating. He completely repaired all 4 of my passenger door windows. They tinted my windows 5 years ago. Recently the back window started bubbling and they still honored their service. Fixed it for free on their day off and even did another window that my kids scratched for free! Ben provided amazing customer service and business ethic! We only take our cars to performance window tint. They do amazing work and stand by there work! Will never go anywhere else.

I bought a groupon for these guys a few years ago to tint the front two windows of my car. Unlike others on here, I was never up sold but assured that my tints would be 3M. My tints are completely faded now and I have tried numerous times to email and call with no luck. No has responded to my emails and no one answers the phone. I doubt the tints they put on my car are even 3M so I feel deceived and misled. Wouldn't trust them with my car again.

Great work done by Ben, the owner. Was able to get in same day and they stand by their work. If it's not done to your standards, Ben will make it right.

Performance Window Tint did an awesome job on our Subaru for a very competitive price! During the install of the tint, they were quick, polite, and the tint came out perfect. Ben was super polite on the phone while scheduling and was able to get our car in the next day. Excellent experience, would definitely recommend.

Awesome group of guys. I would highly recommend everyone bring their vehicles to Performance Window Tint. I don't typically write reviews, but these guys take pride in their work and actually care about their customers. This world needs more people like them in the customer service industry and more people leaving positive reviews when deserved.

Lady on the phone was mad that it took me 2 seconds to switch to my notes app where I had information stored and hung up on me. Phone message says to call back if you don't get through I called back 4 times in one day. First available Appointments were more than 5 weeks out.

Great experience! Made an appointment a few weeks out, showed up early and they got me right it. Excellent job! Second truck I've had done by them.

No one ever answered the phone. The voicemail says to text, so I texted. Got one reply asking when would be a good time for them to call me back. Still haven't received a call. I called and texted 3 more times. and no one ever responded. I called another place and they got me in that day. Terrible customer service from performance, save your time and go somewhere else. How do you not have someone to answer phones and schedule appointments?!?

I got my groupon 5 windows tinted, and when I went in they did say the two windows in the back are considered extra windows and would be 20$ each. No problem, they showed me darker tint, even worked with me considering I was low on cash, and finished the job on time when they said. They even waited for me 30 minutes after closing for me so I can get my car. (Showed up 634 expecting they left)They did an awsome job on my windows and the inside of my car looked clean, no trace they was in my car!.good price, good quality service.

I had a great experience with Performance Window Tint. I used one of the Groupons to get my 2 front windows done. You do have to call a few times to get a hold of them but after I did there were no issues. Set up a day and exact time and I showed up 10 minutes early. The contact person onsite walked me through the types of tint that the Groupon was for, I elected to upgrade to a bit higher of quality for $20. I was out the door in under 1 hour with good instructions on what to do and not to do to make the tint last as long as possible. Overall for the experience was good.

I read the reviews first and cleaned my windows myself so that's not a problem. I did have to call a few times and apparently they do not work on Monday's but do work on Saturdays but had no problem fitting my car in within a few days even though they were busy. Looks like they did a nice job and warned me not to roll the windows down for 2 days, use ammonia based cleaner, ect. also said it was normal to have little bubbles for a few weeks as there are some in spots in the back so we'll see.

My criticism is the add is a little misleading as they up charge you if you want darker tint and considered my rear doors as 2 windows each since part of it slide and part is stationary (never had another place do that to me). they handled it very professionally and I would recommend them considering the price.

I had my 2006 Escalade two front windows tinted to match the rears. Though the tint quality is fantastic the installation, and more important clean up and care of my vehicle is far below acceptable. The car had left a detail shop not 2 hours before they received it. The entire outside of the car had their chemicals all over it stripping off the freshly installed wax.

The door panels were stained from chemical and had to be recleaned and treated three times to remove chemicals. All windows including the sunroof had to be recleaned. Have yet to receive a return phone call. Fantastic tint job, horrible clean up and presentation. Average price

I thought these guys did a great job on our car! They were booked solid with appointments for the next two months, but offered to work on our windows after they closed so I could drop off my car to be picked up the next day. I took them up on the offer and when I picked up my car it was clean and the windows looked great! They took the time to go over my options and I was greeted right away when I walked in both times.

I never had trouble reaching them via phone during their business hours, and I called multiple times. The shop was kept immaculately clean to boot. I would definitely recommend getting work done here. The people who left bad reviews must have just been having a bad day.
