We had a few people out to give us quotes for replacing some windows in our home. They were all pretty much the same; talking up how their product was better than the rest, presenting us with a high quote, and then offering us a one time offer that was only good for the next 5 minutes which I hate! Then our last meeting was worth Ameritech. Levi showed up a few minutes late, but was immediately the friendliest and easiest to talk with.

So easy in fact that an hour had gone by and we hadn't even gotten to the meat of the matter. Levi clearly knows the industry, the product, and his companie's policies, contracts, and warranties practically line-for-line. This made asking questions very easy as he could quickly provide a thorough answer. In the end we were pleased with our experience and look forward to getting the new windows installed!

Thanks for the window education Adam. These are the windows I needed. I was looking for high quality and this is what Ameritech provided. My first set of windows went in smoothly and I love my new sliding door. Today the large windows are going in 2 stories up, the crew is handling some seriously steep and challenging situation to get this window wall done. I reached out for window replacement estimate and Levi came out and walked me through the window replacement process. He was extremely courteous and professional and explained things about windows to me that I had no idea about. He was very patient and attentive to my questions. He worked exceptionally hard to get me a rock bottom deal. If it weren't for the fact that I would be relocating in a short time, I would have completed the project through Ameritech Windows.

I just had a new door and storm door installed last week. It looks great. It replaces a set of doors (door and storm door) that had been there since I moved in almost 2 decades ago and believe me it's a major improvement from what was there originally. They've also replaced all of my windows throughout the past 8 or so years. I wouldn't be going back to them 2 more times total if I was not satisfied with the first batch of windows.

Adam was fast, efficient and professional, We very recently ( just over 3 weeks ago) purchased a new home that had 16 windows that were all beginning to fail and needs replaced. He knows the product/ windows he is selling pretty well i would say, and shared warranties from other companies as well to help us make our decision. I normally do not leave reviews but in this case I felt compelled to support a locally owned business. From start to finish, impeccable. I purchased several windows and a sliding glass door for my brick home and everything was installed a few days ago. I admittedly had a difficult time deciding with all the styles and options though the project manager helped me navigate choices and I have to say, I am beyond pleased with the finished product.

I immediately could see and feel the difference especially since we had all the wind just a few days ago, I couldnt even hear it! I appreciate your patience with me Ameritech and your attention to detail before, during and after the sale!
