We were extremely pleased with the installer, Randy Rarick, and the completed bathroom remodel. He arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, and immediately started to work. He was pleasant to visit with and wanted our feedback as he was installing. He was very professional in his work and cleaned up each day. He took extra care of our floors and minimal dust in the bathroom. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a remodel done. The whole process was easy and informative on the trip of getting new replacement windows, from the first person coming to our home and talking with us. To show the energy savings and looks of the windows. To them calling us and checking in, to keep us informed. To Jason Hoffman coming to put them in. We have 12 windows that him and his helper did in 2 days. They look and operate perfectly. I really liked doing business with this company.

American Home Design came and gave us an estimate. Mr. Karol Bratosin was our installer. He is a polite well mannered installer. He spoke to us about the process, made sure our floors were covered, asked permission before going anywhere else in the home to make repairs. Mr. Bratosin made sure when he left that all of the debris was picked up from the demolition. He kept us informed of the process and also provided good information regarding the shower door we picked. We are very satisfied with the product and installation.

Mr. Jordan Henson Jr Construction Came out to my home on the weekend. To install my new windows. He was very respectful of me and my Mother. He was very informative of what he was doing and how long it would take. It started to rain before he could complete the installation. He informed me he would be back that Monday. He kept his word and completed everything.
My home was finished nothing was left to clean up and he sent me pictures to verify while I was at work. This is the customer service I expect. Honesty and reliability. Thank you!

American Home Design did an amazing job designing and installing a gorgeous state-of-the-art walk-in shower for my parents. From start to finish, it was a seamless experience. Tommy Metzgar and his assistant Bella began on a Thursday morning and were completely finished on Friday afternoon. They were friendly and professional, and my parents were so happy with the results. I am very happy too because now I know they will be much safer because their old porcelain tub and shower is a thing of the past!

Bill Carlisle did an outstanding job on the install of a shower in my guest bathroom and a bathtub/shower in the master bedroom. True craftsman in their trade. Cameron Moseley was our man! He was so very polite and kind! He was very clean and payed drop cloths and made sure to clean up perfectly when he left! I have six dogs in my home and he welcomed them all and didn't mind them visiting with him. He spoke to my son when my son wanted to know what things were. Very pleasant! I commend American Home Design for the awesome work! I will send an updated version when my floors and bathroom are painted and complete!

Jason Hawkins exceeded our expectations when he installed our beautiful walk-in shower. He never stopped working from the time he arrived until he left at the end of the day. We had windows replaced a few years ago. They were here from 9:00 am until 10:30pm. They were rushed, but nice guys. When they installed my sliding patio door it was very difficult to open, the screen was damaged, the trim was too short and the door handle the wrong color. Oh yeah, the windows were left dirty. The installer said he would inform his. manager and send some replacements for the screen and trim.
A year later a tech came out to replace the trim(still too short and will not stay on the door), he did bring out the right screen but again brought the wrong door handle. Sliding door still hard to open. It took months but finally the correct door handle was installed and also new.

I recommend our personal installer, Shawn R., that was courteous and professional in answering all our questions. We had 3 windows that were leaking and were unsure if they could be fixed. We were very skeptical about having work done in our 60 year old home, but wanted to update the bathroom with a step-in shower. Our experience was fantastic. Our salesperson, Hailey Hale, discussed all of our concerns, answered our questions and was on top of anything we asked about. Kristie, in the office, did a great job in working with our. schedules to get the project going. Travis Shake--well, enough can't be said.
He is a very hard working man. He is a very diligent worker. Did a superb job in installation. Best of all he is a Tennessee Titans fan. Great job all around. Can't wait to let them do our windows.
