Jimmie did a fantastic job fixing on my garage door. I was supposed to get a new motor for my garage opener, but instead I kept the original motor thanks to Jimmie figuring out what was the issue. It didn't take no longer than 30 minutes to fix. He was very upfront, honest, and helpful the whole process. Wouldn't pick any other garage company than Allied Overhead garage Door. Called at 7am on a Friday morning told them my problem, was told that the technicians arrive at 8. Received call back shortly after 8 and was told they were booked the whole day, but the would get someone out today. Tech arrived about 6pm replaced spring in about 20mins. Great customer service beginning to end.

Technician arrived on time, troubleshot the malfunction and replaced the sensors. During the operational check he noticed that the door wasn't closing efficiently and found a cable out of adjustment. He rerouted the cable to the correct position and checked the door again. Very quick, professional, and friendly. Great job,

I would highly recommend Allied Overhead Door. Appointment was scheduled quickly. Technician was thorough and completely transparent about possible outcomes and costs during our phone call to set up the service visit. He brought all the parts that might be needed so as not to have to return on another day. Work was done quickly. Price was very reasonable. Allied Door provided exceptional service in replacing our garage doors. The salesman who measured our doors was very knowledgeable of the different door options and helped us select very nice insulated doors. Installation was a few weeks ahead of schedule and it went very smooth. The installer did a nice job and was in and out on a few hours. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend.

Allied door was awesome! They made time to come out the same day that I called them they also did not try to upsell me on unnecessary things and fix the problem at a fair price! Nick the technician they sent out was great and very helpful and informative! If you have garage needs or issues give them a call, they will treat you right!
