Crawford Door Sales-Nashville

I'm so very disappointed in this company. They started out great, great price on the doors, timely fashion, and even came out instantly when I smashed my doors to make it so that I could at least open and shut them. I've been trying to replace the two panels now for six months, willing to pay and they weren't ordered and nobody notified me until after my 4 month wait.

Now they supposedly came in, but now they tell me they ordered the wrong color after I've waited for now 6 mos and several hours of my day for them to put them in. Now, I'm told it will be another 2 mos, and someone will call me next week. What is going on here? This is totally unacceptable, poor service, poor organization.

Had a serious problem with our garage door due to accidental vehicle impact, a misaligned cable, broken hinge, bent rail section, and was crooked in its mounting. One repair service said the entire system would need to be replaced. Crawford did an assessment, and returned the next day, repairing the existing system, at a very reasonable cost. Their technician was experienced, responsive, and thoroughly professional. Strongly recommend this team for any overhead door work.

Been working with Crawford door for many years, they are always the best to work with, fair prices, excellent quality and very accommodating! Have recommended them to lots of people, nobody ever complains about them!

The spring broke on the garage door at my auto detail shop yesterday. It's our only door for cars to get in and out of the shop. It essentially put us out of business until repaired. Crawford is right down the street from us, I went over and Patrick and a helper were able to get us fixed up within a few hours. It wasn't a simple repair either. I really appreciate you guys helping me out so quickly. Thanks!

I had a 20ft wide 10 ft tall garage door that was very hard to open, i called and spoke with their service dept. They came out within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. EXCELLENT SERVICE & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

I have used crawford for 10 years. They have always been professional and got the job done. The first job was a renovation. they took the doors down and then reinstalled them when our job was finished. We also ordered new doors at one point. They performed yearly maintenance as well. When i moved to westhaven, i backed into my door and they were able to replace a few panels within a week! Exact match!

Rude, rude, rude. People answering your phones need to remember that EVERY person calling is a potential customer and has the ability to either spread good word of mouth or bad and send in referrals. Apparently they are so busy they cannot take the time to even speak to you on the phone correctly.

WORST experience EVER! In 2011, our garage door broke, and we called Crawford Door Sales, they came out and replaced the racks on BOTH garage doors for $147. Recently, one of the garage doors broke again, so we called Crawford. SAME problem again. They replaced ONE rack this time. we get the bill. $425! I was BLAZING mad. I called, and they assured me that it was THEIR mistake and that they would correct it and get me a new invoice.

A few weeks went by and I get ANOTHER invoice in the mail for $425 saying they would turn me into collections if I didn't pay. I call them AGAIN. They told me that they remembered speaking to me and that somehow the bill didn't get fixed, so they would send me the correct invoice. A couple weeks later, my husband gets back into the country from deployment to 10 VOICEMAILS from Crawford saying that we have yet to pay our $425 balance on our account.

So yet AGAIN. I call. The guy tells me that he will just fix it over the phone. ok, great. and then he proceeds to tell me that the actual amount we owe is $250! WHAT!? We had 2 racks replaced in 2011 for $147, and in 2013 it costs $250 for ONE!?!?!?! He then tells me to email him the invoice for our 2011 repair so he can look at it. I dig it out. email it to him. and he emails me back saying that we owe $175!

Still confused at HOW we would owe $175 for ONE rack and paid $147 for TWO rack replacements, I email him back about the matter to which he replies that it was a mistake and we actually owe $145! Apparently the SAME amount now for ONE rack as for TWO. I am SO SICK of arguing that I'm just going to pay the $145 and hope to NEVER have an encounter with these folks EVER again! And their website states that they follow up with a phone call to make sure you are satisfied with the service you received. NEVER happened.

How does Trey (spelling) still have a job? It's rare to deal with someone so unprofessional and delusional. Crawford Door management: I suggest you start paying closer attention to who you have working for your company.
