At Servco, our mission to offer quality service and products has grown beyond our founder's wildest dreams. Today we deliver the world's finest brands and innovative services to our customers both in Hawaii and in Australia - from automobile sales and distribution, to car sharing, to investments in venture and growth capital, and real estate.
We started as a two-car garage on the North Shore of Oahu in 1919, and acquired our first retail franchise in 1929 when we began selling Chevrolet vehicles. Fun fact: We operate the oldest GM franchise West of the Rockies! Today, we are one of the Top 20 U.S.-based automotive dealer groups with Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Chevrolet, Jeep, and Isuzu Ute dealerships spanning Hawaii and Australia. In total, we operate 28 dealership locations. We are the largest automotive group in Hawaii, and the largest Toyota dealer group in Australia.
Established in 1958, Servco Automotive Distribution is responsible for importing and distributing new Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru vehicles and genuine parts to our existing dealer network throughout Hawaii. We also import and distribute Toyota Industrial Equipment. Our distribution division coordinates product planning, vehicle inventory and control, vehicle port operations and storage, parts distribution, and after-sale customer service.
Hui is a round-trip station-based car share service where you can book a vehicle by the hour or day, now or in the future. The service includes more than 50 accessible station locations throughout Honolulu and 100 Lexus and Toyota vehicles. Reservations include insurance, gas, maintenance, taxes, 24/7 help desk, 24/7 roadside assistance, parking at the station, and cleaning.

They only sell to commercial accounts at this location. Expect to pay a super high price at the dealership, better to buy from the internet.

My mom bought her 2015 Corolla and had the best customer service from Kamai Keliikui. He answered all her questions, was very thorough and went above and beyond. EXCELLENT service. We would highly recommend Kamai to anyone seeking to buy a new or pre-owned Toyota! ****not sure if Kamai is still at Servco. We've left several messages with no return call****

I purchased my 2015 Tacoma from Jason Hong at Servco Pacific last August. I ended up keeping my 2006 Tacoma in the Company as it still runs perfectly. The new 2015 Tacoma meets all my expectations from Toyota, but the personal service from Jason Hong at is "over and above". After several weeks of looking at vehicles Jason was still patient and gave me all the information I needed to make a final decision.

Once I took delivery of the new Tacoma, he made sure every detail was taken care of. He even programmed my phone to the onboard system before I left. Dealing with Jason Hong and Servco was a pleasure and they have my highest recommendation. Dave O

I just purchased a minivan from the pre-owned lot at Servco. I am impressed. Our dealer, Josh Yafuso, had a great no-pressure approach. He was patient and made sure we looked over every inch of the van. His test drive took us out on the freeway. Note: Many used car dealers on Oahu will not allow this. Avoid those like the plague. Josh insisted we drive it on the freeway.

How is that for honesty. When it came time to talk about the price, I was prepared to haggle. I didn't need to. Josh offered me such a great price there was nothing more to say. His excellent service didn't stop there. He carefully walked us through the credit application. As expected, we also had to talk to other people about financing.

We worked with Brandon who also offered great service. Brandon worked to get us a rate that was better than we expected. When we came to pick up the car, we talked to Ted in their insurance department. Ted was able to find us a better deal on insurance than I had found online. All in all, I found this to be an easy experience and was very impressed with the friendliness of everyone at Servco. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend you go to Servco and talk to Josh.

The intake person lied to me about what the technician could do, didn't get the tech to call me about what repair was done or lubricate the door during the service call or let me know the total credit charges (I had to give my cc # up front). She didn't disclose that there is travel time charged. I tried to get them to call me for 10 days. By then the tech didn't remember what he did, he did not lube the garage door chain and wheels.

He changed the door code without my permission (disabling 2 of my remotes) I WAS OUT OF TOWN during the service call. My witness said the tech was there 20 minutes and left. When I brought this to the owner/managers attention, he didn't care at all. I was a loyal customer since 2003. I asked if the tech could go back and refresh his memory about the fix and have him lube the moving parts (which is what he should have done) he refused. He lied to the BBB when I filed a complaint then hung up on me. The owner cares about one thing, your money and himself.
