Grayhawk replaced windows and a huge sliding glass door in my condo a few years ago. When it came time to have the kitchen in my villa totally remodeled, I called Grayhawk and no one else. They did another superb job. I just had them replace the windows, front door and storm door at my villa, too. I worked in the construction industry for 34 years in PA, GA and TN so I knew what to look for in both product and a contractor.

I wouldn't use anyone else in this area. They are great people who sell great products and who do wonderful design work and installation. You can buy the best product there is, but if it isn't installed properly, you've wasted your money. I recommend Grayhawk to everyone who wants to improve their home from floors to roofs and everything in between. You can't do any better in this area than Grayhawk!

We called about screens for our storm windows. The lady at the office was excellent and friendly, advised that Sean would call us the next day. He did and reserved a time for us with Anthony. Anthony was amazing. Arrived on time, very professional, perfect work, and incredibly kind. He had finished the job, cleaned up his work space, and was on his way back to his truck when he noticed us struggling to put the window back up offered to help, came inside and got it done in seconds for us. Couldn't be happier. Fantastic service from start to finish.

It all started with my wife wanting a new door in our Lanai, and I wanting new siding on our Lanai. Once Grayhawk started to remove the old siding, it became clear that termites had ravaged the wood walls. We ended up tearing down all three walls and building back a new Lanai. The roof was also replaced. All new sheetrock updated electrical wiring.

The only thing saved were the windows (which were removed and replaced). The result was transformative! Its beautiful and strong, after updating the building's strapping and anchoring for storm protection. The carpenters, sheet rockers, tapers/texturers all were of high-quality and professional. Jason was there most days checking with the workers and me for any issues. All issues were promptly dispatched. Grayhawk exceed the quality and response of any contractor i have used in Florida.

We have worked with many contractors before on several projects. Grayhawk, without any doubt, was among the best. Not only they offered the best price for all the hurricane impact windows and doors we replaced, they were the most professional, courteous, and friendly group that we have ever encountered. Alex in particular was so helpful and accommodating that we felt like dealing with a family member. The quality of the products we received and workmanship was top notch. We recommend them to anyone looking for a project without any hesitation.

Grayhawk was a great company to with, everyone on their team is so professional and nice. They were quick to respond to any questions I had along the way. Even though with covid everything was delayed they did everything they could to get our windows and doors installed in our condo before the cutoff date (a rule in our complex) of December 1st and made it happen.

They did a great job with masking everything off to keep the drywall dust off which I was concerned about and the new doors and windows are amazing! I was so happy with them we are having them redo our floors and bathroom.

Grayhawk recently installed new hurricane-rated front doors & windows. The work was impeccable. Staff kept us fully informed about the status of our project throughout. The installers were professional, courteous and skilled. Great work. We'll use Grayhawk again.

So last fall we had Josh come to measure for a lanai roof replacement. After we got back to Florida this January and after 4 phone call we finally heard back today(3 months later) that Grayhawk is not interested in our job. This is without a doubt the least professional company I have ever dealt with. Would not even recommend them to someone I didn't like.

I used Grayhawk to install flooring in my mother's condo. It was not a typical flooring job. There were some complexities to navigate. The bidding process was very efficient. They did an excellent job on the work and stayed within a rigid timeline. Their knowledge on all things building is second to none. The level of professionalism was impressive to say the least. There is a seamless process from bidding to completion. They run like a well oiled machine.

The HOA at University Park used Grayhawk for the complete remodel of the old Sales Office and repurposed the building into our new Community Center. We now have an attractive building which houses our working management staff, two large conference rooms and a well lighted atrium used to display the art works of our residents. A new kitchen and an additional bathroom were added.

Grayhawk installed 8 new hurricane rated windows and front and rear entry doors, also hurricane rated. The material arrived and the project was completed well ahead of the original scheduled date. We could not possibly be happier. They even reinstalled our window blinds after putting the windows in. If you want great looking windows at a fair market price, call Grayhawk!

Grayhawk did an amazing job on a remodel I had hired them for. Everything was done to the highest standards and on a timely manner. The hit every deadline and where always in budget. Jay was my project manager and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them for any project.

Grayhawk Remodeling did a phenomenal job with my Condo Gut and Remodel. It was a large project and quite a challenge being an older building and with the project starting when COVID started in March, 2020. But despite the challenges they did an incredible job transforming my home. My project manager Chris Lisinski couldn't have been better. He was wonderful to work with and wasn't phased by the complexity of the project and the challenges.

He was so personable, communicated well, and spent plenty of time with us to get things right. He was extremely meticulous to every detail and really cared about the project. Rare traits these days. I would highly recommend Grayhawk Remodeling without reservation for any project big or small.

Grayhawk closed in our lanai a decade ago and did a great job - plus their follow-up is spectacular, especially their window guarantee. I asked them to come back this year to do another job, replacing storm doors and a window. They are great! Even during this strange time when products are not always available, they followed through after a six month delay and completed the work even when I was not in residence. I like that they have inventive design ideas and pay attention to costs. I will continue to contract them for future remodeling jobs.

We purchased and had installed a Patio Double French Door system. We have done business with Ed (the salesman) before, and have always appreciated his experience and attention to detail The three installers worked hard all day and completed a great to complete the basics, less the detail work. Detail men, Markus and Nick did a wonderful job, taking their time and doing high end detail work. Would highly recommend this company, noting they do lots of other construction work.
