The review from EC and Bruce J is spot on. The 1st appointment time they were set to come out the salesman Dillion called 30 minutes after the set time to say he just leaving his office. The next time out I was told that I would have my quote the following day, which I didn't believe but figured I would have it in 2-3 days. Day four I called Dillion and was told that quote was ready but there were changes, I asked him to explain the changes only to realize that the he couldn't fully explain, so I asked him email me a copy of the quote and I would review and then ask questions. 4 hours later still not quote, their shop was 1/2 mile from my office so I went over to retrieve.
I get there and the owner Mike tells that don't have a quote because calculating an eyebrow isn't in there bandwidth. I'm glad I didn't waste anymore time with this company.

It's been 8 weeks since consultation with Sales person R. The appointment was for 13 windows and 3 sets of patio doors. I CALLED about 3 weeks after our meeting to check in. Sales person said he hasn't heard from the manufacturer because one of the rooms windows need custom sizes. I suggested if that was holding up the quote he could provide me with the rest first, and perhaps use a different manufacture for that room, or even change the size of the window etc.
His reaction repeatedly was, "I wish you had told me earlier.". I was taken by that because instead of working with me, giving me solutions as a sales and expert, he's blaming me for not telling him earlier. That was a huge red flag in my book. This company does not offer installation only products. Another 4 weeks had gone by, not a word. I am happy to take my business elsewhere. Do not waste your energy here.

It is a good place to do business. I first bought a door from them 20 years ago when another store messed up my custom order. I had to have one right then and they took care of me. I just bought another door from them. The door had all the features we wanted and the price was less than the big superstores. It was delivered two days ahead of schedule too.

I do not recommend this company. I placed an order for a custom window thru my contractor. Robert at the energy shop promised the window in 4-6 weeks, but it took 13 weeks after he took another couple of weeks to order it. He had terrible communication skills, took many days to come out and measure, and then again delayed after the factory sent the template for verification. My contractor and I've we're both frustrated and angry.
