Dave's professionalism is beyond reproach, his attention to detail was what made us decide to select him for our window project 10 years ago. We couldn't be happier with our choice of the Alside product line and his meticulous installation. We contacted Dave over a warranty issue for his guidance on what we needed to do to get a window repaired that lost it's seal after 10 years. Alside windows carry a lifetime warranty against seal failure. Dave said he would follow up with Alside to see where our warranty claim was in their process and keep us informed.

I'm not sure he is obligated to do this as it is a product warranty and no reflection on the expert installation he provided. That is the type of man he is. I would recommend him for any window replacement need you may have and Alside is a great product. our replacement windows have performed well and still look great, .

Very nice man and honest as far as recommendation on my project. spoke to a few companies around but he was the first to give advice on this project and that's why i am reviewing his company. Not many people will do this so i do appreciate his valuable input!

This week as part of my kitchen remodel I had to change out a window as to compliment the new design. I knew who to call right away. Dave installed my Alside windows over 10 years ago and they are still looking and working awesome. Professional, timely and customer focused makes working with Dave a great experience.

Dave did a super job on our full view extra tall storm door. Framing is square (unlike others we have had) and he did a great job enlarging the threshold so we have a good seal at the bottom. Door swings and closes smoothly. Great job all around! Highly recommended!

David and his crew at The Window Connection replaced all the windows in our house. We did not experience any of the typical hard sales pitch or pressure common to this industry. David listened to us explain our specific needs then helped us look at various options for windows and discussed the pros and cons of each. We decided on the NT Window Energy Master Vinyl Replacement windows and were very happy with the pricing.

Even with some weather issues, the installation was completed as promised. The crew removed the old windows and did a great job of cleanup. They even removed the blinds and re-installed them after the new windows were installed. We were impressed with the quality workmanship and the windows look wonderful. Since the installation, we have experienced several very strong thunderstorms and high winds and have had no issues at all. Thanks David!

I would like to first say thank you to Dave and his team for the work they did. Sometimes as a home owner we forget how much labor is involved and every home is different. I would suggest that he communicates a few times a week once engaged so the home owner knows the project status. Overall I am happy with his work and would highly recommend The Window Connection.

Dave and his son did a great professional job. They were very knowledgeable on the product they answered all our questions and treated our home as if it was theirs. Their workmanship was excellent. They were very careful of our belongings and cleaned up behind them. I had to crate my dogs when I was gone and they took my dogs out for exercise and potty break.

They finished the job on time and after getting paid they came back to finish one last small thing. Our windows look beautiful. They were very personable and easy to be around. I enjoy the quietness and the money we are saving having these windows. I highly recommend the windows connection and Dave. We had a very good experience.

I can't say enough great things about Dave and his company. He recently replaced 14 windows in our house. Dave brings a wealth of experience and wants to educate his customers about windows. He helped me pick the right windows for our budget and home. The install was quick and professional. I'll be using Dave for the next phase of window replacement at my house.

I ordered 3 New Storm Doors from the Window Connection. Dave was a great help in assisting me for getting the right door. They took measurements right away. Then two young experienced gentlemen installed the doors on a Saturday which was very convenient for me. They were very knowledgeable, extremely neat, courteous, polite and very meticulous installing my new doors.

Dave is a professional in every way. At our initial meeting to discuss my needs, he explained several options, describing the advantages of each. He made suggestions about what would work best in different parts of my project, but made no attempt to hard sell anything. He gladly answered my questions and educated me on other aspects of windows that I had not considered.

When it came time for installation, he and Chris were professional, considerate, and clean in their work. They took steps at each stage of the project to tidy up and keep an orderly work space. Dave spent considerable time attending to the fit and finish of each window, making sure everything met his standards. I truly felt they the way they installed windows in my house was the way they would have installed them in their own homes.

In the end, the project turned out exactly as we hoped. The new windows opened up views of our back yard and made a huge difference in the temperature of our dining area. We will call on Dave again when we are ready to take on other areas of the house.

I am very thankful for Dave and how he has helped me with my home. He was great when we sat down and discussed options all the way to the installation of my windows. I had a great experience with Dave and his crew. We checked several window installation companies and found Dave was affordable and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure (unlike two others we saw) and we felt comfort in knowing he would be on site to supervise the project. We noticed a big difference immediately and the work was beautiful. I purchased a full home window replacement from Dave about 3 years ago. He was prompt to our initial appointment. His bid was very competitive; however, his attention to detail and knowledge of the industry set him apart from the rest. Reading his contract with me - stating the installation parameters, specifying square corners, etc., really gave me comfort that the installed product would be Exact.

What I had come to learn was anyone could sell me anything that was great - but could their crews install it - and would they be willing to make it right if it was wrong? Dave delivered what was promised, and his product quality is top notch. My daughter needed to have noise dampening due to living close enough to railroad tracks to hear trains at night.

She also heard kids on the street talking late at night during summers which interrupted her ability to get to sleep. Yes, we did see significant savings in our utility costs post install - but more importantly the home was much more comfortable and stable in temperature throughout.
