Our commercial tenant had a cracked front door glass. After sending photos to Adam, decided the best answer would be to replace. Their bid was within range of two other bids so we scheduled the repair. The work was done professionally, on time and below budget. Very happy with this company! Great customer service. Excellent craftsmanship. Very helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. This is the place. I had a peculiar job that other places refused to do. Entrance Door and Glass eagerly took the job on and did great work. Get your glass work done here. I am so happy I did and so will you.

Wow. Great customer service. Great quality of work. So easy to work with. I had a real weird request. Other places had told me they wouldn't do it. But, the kind people here not only would do it, but offered same day service. I spent more time calling other places than it took for Entrance Door and Glass to do the job. I just might break a window to go back.

Great place! I have had 2 small jobs done there now: A few panes of glass (two frosted): my wife went over, they were friendly taking the order. Seeing that we were working ourselves to do some home repair, they were very helpful making sure we were getting the right glass for the job, . The other time was about a year later, I needed a couple small pieces of glass cut down.
I stopped in and Adam did it right there on the spot for me! Perfect cuts and wrapped up much nicer than the way I brought it in. I recommend them highly, great service (like you rarely see) and good value.

The folks who run this family company are terrific. They are happy to deal with small jobs such as replacing mirror glass or picture frame glass and glass table tops as well as bigger jobs like shower doors and more. Prices are sensible and the work on small jobs is often ready the same day. Cannot recommend them enough!

As a business owner, I know how negative reviews can impact a business so I personally don't usually write any. Although negative, I hope that my review can be helpful warning for future customers of Entrance Door and Glass make sure what happened to me doesn't happen to them. What I would think is normal practice when getting a damaged window replace is calling around and getting estimates on costs.
Entrance being one of the three places I contacted, sent someone out to check the type and to measure the window at our business. Without hearing back from them, I went with a different company that had a quick turnaround time at a fair price. Some time later after the window was already replaced by the different company, I was called to schedule an appointment for installation from Entrance.
After telling them that there was a misunderstanding and the window was already replaced, we ended the call. Not long after, I was mailed an invoice for the window that I never agreed to purchase. I called and explained how upset I was and was ignored. Almost a year later, I've been going back an forth with a collection agency that Entrance used to open an account for this unpaid invoice.
The collection agency wasn't able to give me a single document that showed any evidence of me receiving an estimate. They forwarded me the invoice that was mailed to me with a note that said Entrance did not previously have my email on file and that "I agreed verbally" to have them order the window (which I already had replaced). So without any signed contract or document, the collection agency that Entrance uses believes this collection to be valid.
This has been a really disappointing experience for me and it's unfortunate that I didn't get the chance to ever work all the way through with this company. They could have quality materials and great installation service but the overall integrity is something I think they have wrong. Forcing someone to take the burden by jeopardizing their credit report for a mistake made by the company is something that I believe would qualify for a poor review.

We highly recommend this local business. We used them last year to put in a commercial door- they were fast, accurate with their bid and made a free follow up visit when I was having trouble with another lock. Just last week, we thought of them for a beautiful old cabinet door that needed a vintage pane cut to fit. Another company said they wouldn't cut the glass because it was too thick. Entrance Door & Glass did it the same day and didn't even charge us! Love this company!

I called these guys to fix our front glass doors at our local small business and I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up the same day and within a few hours of my call! They were able to repair my front doors in little time and the price was VERY reasonable! I highly recommend these guys for ANY door repair needs! Big thank you to manager Mark! We will definitely be calling you guys for any future needs!

I've used Entrance Door & Glass for a couple of projects over the past 6 years or so. Most recently, I asked them to take a look at our music school in West Linn. We wanted to replace a whole bank of windows to help reduce noise leakage. They came out, looked at our building, and actually suggested just sealing up the drywall and not replacing the windows.
This meant no sale for them, but saved us $8,000 (and it worked). They're good guys and won't sell you something you don't need. I would highly recommend them for commercial glass work.
