I had to call eight times just to get them to place the order. Each time it was like oh yeah, what's your phone number and email again? From when I asked for something to be ordered to when the order actually got placed was almost four months, then another month and a half for delivery and install. When I asked about the color specs was told to call the manufacturer.
I'll use a different supplier in the future. Per your note: The order was never put in until months after I called several times and I was told each time you couldn't find my contact info. Further, I left out I asked for other kit to be ordered prior to this window which was never quoted or ordered despite several calls, so I find the response a bit disingenuous. I wish you the best on sorting through these issues.

From the start 5 years ago, it has been a PAIN, still trying to get a sliding door put in my basement, Scott has been out several times & measured? basement windows that were installed 5 years ago, almost close! NOT! Scott has been out after several calls to look at them, 1 of the 4 is way too small, a small truck can be driven through where seal hits frame? no one seems to want to fix this issue, or even call back, My experience with this company was HORRIBLE, I would recommend that anyone looking for windows or doors goes anywhere but here~!

Gene Beyers and his staff went above and beyond to find the right door for our needs and made sure it was installed properly even though we had some issues with our opening not being square. They even followed through after installation to make sure we were happy with the door. The beautiful door gets lots of compliments from our neighbors and guests. We highly recommend Beyers Window & Door.

You know how when you are trying to make a big purchase and something just feels off about the experience, but you can't put your finger on it? Yeah, well that was our in home quote to replace two sets of doors. We live in an older home (40 years old) and as it ages we have to replace things. It came time to replace 2 sets of exterior french doors to our backyard.
We got Beyers in because they state what is custom for a lot of other companies, isn't for them (and with old houses sometimes things end up being custom). Cutting to the chase. The guy who quoted us WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT HEAR that we didn't want to the most expensive doors they had. He argued that he sold "teslas" and we would never be happy with less (um, our 40 year old doors leak so bad we can't keep it above 60 degrees, I think anything would be better).
He didn't bring sample books. He talked technical jargon and threw out brand names that meant nothing to us. He refused to quote on the spot and he measured our doors differently than every other company that came out (of course his measurements came out to custom doors). And he would give us no other options than top of the line custom french doors.
A few days after he left we get our quote via email. Two sets of french doors, installed by Beyers would cost.are you ready.seriously, take a seat.$17k-$23k! For 2 sets of doors (installed). Who the frak would pay that!? Now, after finally getting a reasonable company in to do the replacement (at 1/4th the price) I finally realized why the experience sucked so much.
It wasn't the OUTRAGEOUS quote. I think it was the fact that our little project was too good for Beyers so instead of just passing, they wasted our time and quoted some insane price. Super bad experience, but at least we weren't suckers who went with them!

I contracted this company in December through Costco and had the window installed in January. The window itself is great, the price was fair. The service at first seemed great, until the day the window was installed. They left the place dirty, marked up the trim and told me that is the way it is with Mdf and that there isn't much they can do.
I said I grew up in construction and know that this wasn't acceptable. They damaged it and they could fill it or replace. So the gentleman filled it, much better. Also the assistant cut himself and bleed so I asked if he wanted a bandaid. He said no and proceeded to bleed on my exterior paint. Never cleaned it up and left red spots on my blue paint. Lastly they didn't finish the caulking on the exterior.
When asked if I was satisfied by the sales person I told him of these little things. Mind you at the time I wasn't extremely pissed as I know quality has changed for the worst and unfortunately it's become the norm. However he asked and I vented. His boss contacted me and stopped by to look. He offered to paint my exterior since I already remedied the caulking and other light touch ups that were missed.
I said sure. Well it's been numerous promises and delays since. It's now July and I'm still waiting and they still tell me the same thing someone will contact me to set it up in a few days. Be wary if done through Costco. They promised up and down that they would follow through just please sign, pay and tell Costco that all is well. My stupidity, don't let it be yours.
