It was time to replace our garage door opener motor. We had used Efficiency in the past to replace our garage door and install another motor drive. Our choice was a simple one. We called Efficiency and explained our needs. We were offered a same day appointment. Our technician arrived on time and replaced our aging Genie with a new one. All done! Great service from initial call to completion!

Excellent service! Phil showed up early for the appointment : after he had called and said he was on his way. Friendly, knowledge, professional., and reasonable. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had the defective part replaced within ten minutes. I've already recommended his to my neighbor and will send then others as well. Thank you!

A++++! I have owned 6 homes, and this company would be my choice in any service they rendered! A+ in all areas from start to finish- I called and the staff knew exactly what I needed, (no menus and no holds and no delay in taking me on as a client ) The woman clarified a few selection points, and scheduled my service, carefully connecting me with her technician in my area, etc. Caleb was on time, exceedingly efficient and extremely knowledgeable about all types of doors, openers and features and ordered and then replaced what I needed with awesome speed and neatness, both visits. Did I mention there were 6-8inches of newly fallen snow on each of the scheduled dates of service and these folks perform, as promised, on time with a smile!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We have been using Efficiency for many years to both install and maintain our two garage doors. There is a reason "Efficiency" is in their name. They are efficient, reasonably priced and the techs with whom we recently worked and before are friendly and know what they are doing. Caleb was great! I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Efficiency came through with prompt service, on short notice, to install a garage door opener. Cris was friendly and helpful, as was the scheduling person. They hauled away the old opener, programmed clickers, and tuned the tracks. We will absolutely be using efficiency again in the future!

I was having issues with my garage door and I thought I was going to need to replace the railings and the motor, or at least thats what a different repair company had told me due to the fact that one railing was a little damaged. Luckily I found this company because Chris came out to my place and fixed my garage door in less than 2 hours! He did an awesome job and only replaced a hinge! He said there was no need to replace the motor or the railings. I definitely recommend this company. 10/10
