Mile High Gutters came and repaired and re-routed our gutters - they are incredibly professional, did a great job, and were so nice to work with. We had them come out and do a follow up on what we thought needed a repair, and even though it was a gutter they didn't work on, they helped us with the issue. Mile High Gutters installed our new gutters in July. The gutters weren't installed straightly and we brought this issue to attention and they blamed it on the house. I have old photos of our old gutters and they were much nicely installed than the new ones. The fascia must been rotted in one area and the company severely damaged it without offering or advising how we can fix it.

The soffit is also very bent now and out of portion along with the gutters. After the job they left lots of metal shavings, nails and trash that I had to pick up (a bucket full) afterwards so my kids don't step in them. They were in a huge rush because of a storm coming up, a supervisor never came out to check how the employees did the job. I'm just still generally very unhappy how it was done and how it looks.

Mile High Gutter has replaced our gutters twice, both times they have been professional and done excellent work. The first time it was snowing and the guys worked through it with no complaints. Our experience with Mile High Gutter was less than stellar. The problem seems to be with the office and sales side of the business vs. the install teams. We knew that we would want to coordinate with our house painters to get the house painted while the gutters were removed and I specifically asked Mike about this during the estimate. He assured me that it would not be a problem.

We ultimately selected MHG and sent them the contract via on May 20th along with a request for some possible install dates to pass on to our painters for availability. I got a reply thanking us for choosing MHG, but no mention about dates other than they were about 6 weeks out on installs. I heard nothing for over a week and sent another email on June 1st to ask again.

Still nothing, so I sent yet another email on June 13th, this time I CCd Mike, our estimator to see if that might help. I finally got a phone call from Mike and had to coordinate with our painters to settle on a date to install, mind you this is nearly 4 weeks after I initially asked for potential dates. I had also asked Mike for a color sample for our painter to match the gutter color on the house trim.

It took another three weeks and multiple emails to get that and it only showed up 6 days prior to the install date. Due to the apparent lack of communication in the office at MHG we had to have the gutters removed on July 14th and our painter was (understandably) unable to completely rearrange their schedule to start on the 14th after the gutters were removed.

We had told MHG that we would talk to the painters and see if they were able to finish and have the gutters reinstalled on the 16th. We got an email at 8:01 in the morning on the 15th (painting day) asking if the painters would be done that day. We responded 92 minutes later after conferring with the painters to tell them that we would have to have them come back on the 20th - as we had previously coordinated as a possible back-up day.

All good, right. Well, Monday morning, we got a phone call that I couldn't take, followed immediately by a rather unprofessional email asking us to confirm that the house was ready for their crew to show up the next morning. I was confused. I double checked the email to make sure that our original confirmation that we sent them on the 15th went through and it did.

The two stars are only on the review due to the install crew that seems to have done a decent job. The gutters look good and I assume there are no leaks, but we will have to evaluate that after the next big rain. So, in summary, the product appears to be of good quality, but it might be a headache trying to get any info from MHG or trying to coordinate with another contractor.

They give the house a framed, finished look while functioning perfectly. It took some figuring to create gutters along the patio as it is a funky shape and is not level. Dan took the time to hear what I wanted it to look like and he made it happen! He had a lot of knowledge and showed a keen appreciation for details and really came through for us! Big thumbs up! We had Mile High come out to replace all of the gutters on our home after hail damage. We also did not have gutters on a bay in the back of our home that we wanted to add. They did an absolutely phenomenal job! Instantly increased the value and curb appeal to our home. Crew was very respectful, kind and did a great job with clean up. I would absolutely recommend them, and would hire in the future if needed.

We had a small section of our house where the soffits and some siding needed to be replaced due to an ice dam this winter. Our project was too small for most siding companies to take on, but Mile High was happy to help. From getting a quote to paying our invoice, the entire experience was fantastic. Professional and very courteous employees. We're absolutely thrilled with their work!

Great service and communication from start to finish.had to postpone the initial date due to weather, but contacted us right away and came on next available date. The gutters are a perfect match and we can finally hear the water actually flowing! Love the recommendation to install larger size, and the install team was fast and efficient, even though they had to work around snow. Highly recommend.

I would like to give a big thanks to Ken Wayne and Felipe for the excellent work they did on our gutters. Ken came out several times to make sure his measurements were correct and the workmen, Wayne and Felipe, are true craftsmen!

I had them remove my old plastic gutters and install new aluminum gutters. The guy they had do the estimate was very experienced and proposed a new design to evenly distribute water load in certain heavy areas and recommend rain chains instead of downspouts for light areas. The entire removal and installation took just 6 hours and they were very clean, I didn't find any debris when they left.

What a great process from start to finish! Our sales rep, Ken, came by to give us our quote and answered all of our questions. He was a great guy, had some good conversations and received an honest quote for the work. When Damian and his team came to install the gutters, we couldn't believe how timely they were, how efficient the process was and how good our house looks now! These guys were incredibly efficient and easy to work with. They brought us color samples and answered all of questions. They did the job quickly and everything looks great. My only complaint was the clean up on the job was okay. I would recommend them for sure.

Mixed review regarding this business, though overall I'd recommend. The work was done sooner than quoted, and the workers doing the installation were polite, helpful and efficient. We did encounter a problem with the color of the gutters. I came home to find installation in progress, and the color of the gutters a terrible match to both our house, and the swatches I chose from.

The guys doing the work at the house handled this well, and helped me choose a better color from swatches of the actual gutter material. After first being told by sales guy that we would have to pay a $500 restocking fee, and then some back and forth regarding the accuracy of original swatches, we got the new color installed that day at no additional charge.

The new color is a perfect match, and we are happy with the finished product. If you go with this company, be aware that the paper color swatches may NOT be representative of the actual product color. Other than that, great work, great price, and quick turnaround.

First off hands down the reason I went with Mile High is that Ken Schultz was the person that was the first point of contact to get an estimate. He took his time going over the current gutters and making suggestions for improvements. Ken is highly experienced in this trade and I felt super comfortable dealing with him. He also met the install crew on site the day of the project to go over the job.

I also liked the two guys who came out to do the actual installation work. One thing that was important to me was to get he hangers into the rafter tails not just the facia. The second thing they did after getting measurements was to mark all of the rafter tails. The installation team did had a couple of downspouts that I wanted done a little differently and it was easy simply talk with Ken and arrange that as well. How a company deals with any issues that come up on a job is very important to me as well.

They provided an estimate which I accepted and I never heard back from them even after I contacted them a second time. Grant it my job was small, but regardless they should follow thru. I will never work with them or Gray Adams again and I recommend you to think twice before hiring them.

Great service, price, and people! I contacted Mile High Seamless Gutters as part of a $60k home renovation to bring our house up to par. Ken Schultz came out to the house and showed nothing but skill and competence. I had already gotten 3 other quotes, but by the time I was finished with the free estimate from Ken, I was convinced who I was going with.

Our down spots were loose and coming away from our house. Mile High was very responsive, Ken came out within a couple of days to do an estimate and had it fixed the following week for a very fair price. We ended up getting thicker/wider downspouts and they did a great job securing the new spout to our home. Def will use them again.

I noticed that one of my gutter downspouts screws had worked itself out from the house. I called Mile High and spoke to Brenda and advised her of the issue. Brenda told me that the warranty was valid for three years. Well this company is the template of customer service. The repair was made within two hours of my phone call to Brenda! Now that is customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone that appreciates fabulous service!

I couldn't be more happy with the quality work this company does. They are very professional and accommodating. We were in the process of refinancing our home and were given 1 week to make all repairs. We called Mile High on Thursday, we received a quote on Friday, and they installed on Tuesday. What an amazing response. I would highly recommend this company!
