Rollin' Supply

Couple weeks ago while at work my ring doorbell notification went off and when I looked a can see a large truck parked in front of my house and a gentleman leaving something very long on my front lawn. I did not nor was not expecting any deliveries. After looking at the name on the truck I googled "Rollin Supply" and found there number to call. When I called to speak to someone I was transferred to the manager Eddy.

I went to explain that someone from there company dropped off something very long on my front lawn and cant tell what it was but said it might be a long ply wood or something like that. Eddy the manager said "No sir we would not leave any ply wood or trash on anyone lawn" I said it might not be ply wood but it is something very long. We went back and forth and he hung up the phone on me.

Next day a contractor showed up to my house saying Rollin Supply delivered a gutter to the wrong address and he was there to pick it up. Why would the company give and send a contractor to my address as they delivered it to the wrong address. I thought the company came and picked it up as it was not on my front lawn when I woke up that day. Then the next day someone form the company showed up at my house asking about the gutter they delivered at the wrong house by mistake.

I told him someone cam and picked up already but not sure who. I tried to help them out to begin with but the manager Eddy hung up the phone on me. I asked for there supervisor name and number and they said I can call back at the same number on Monday and ask for Jeff. I called on Monday and they said he was not in the office and same on Tuesday.

Love the office staff here. Very nice and informative. They always have what we need in stock too.

I was in a panic trying to find siding to match existing siding (for repairs because son is selling house and they requested siding repair prior to closing in 2 weeks). I went to 5 stores and no one had it or could suggest where to find it. I went to Rollin' Supply and the manager knew the exact style/color and gave me a sample to take home (citing it would take 4-6 weeks for it to come in).

I called Rollin' supply and asked if I could rush the order. After a brief hold, the manager checked with several other suppliers to no avail. He dug deep into their stock and turns out they had 10pcs in stock. I only needed 6. They are holding them for me until tomorrow. Overjoyed that they went the extra way!

These guys are really bad with regards to customer service and communication. Said they would call and didn't. They loaded the truck three days early and had to take it all off. Today they delivered materials and never let me know pieces were missing. If I didn't keep calling these guys nothing would have been correct. Let's see if I get my missing downspouts.

I would give them 0 or -5 if possible. I called and emailed them about 2 months ago to place an order from Provia (thanks Provia, you rule!) and nobody has called me back. Even Provia directly (June 15) contacted them and more than month later, I'm still waiting to be contacted by Rollin Supply but this issue.

I've been a Rollin' Supply client for over 10 years. There are many supply houses in the metro area to choose from, and I've worked with several over the years, but Rollin' is by far the most responsive and customer friendly of the bunch. The staff is diligent and they work hard to meet my needs. I always feel welcome when I walk in. And their pricing is competitive and fair. I highly recommend them and I frequently refer them.

Great service and friendly experienced sales people. If you're a contractor give them a try you will not be disappointed! When something goes sideways, with an order or a delivery, they bust their butts to make it right.that's not always the case with other contractor vendor reps out there.

We had an outstanding experience with Rollin Supply who replaced all of our Anderson wooden windows with new double hung vinyl. I did my due diligence and got 3 quotes. Rollin's quote was 25% less than the both of the other and we selected a higher quality window! No pressure, just a great education about window replacements. I was quoted an installation time of before October 14th'.

The job was complete by 1st. I have to complement the installers. Arrive just after 9 and were done before 3. Left without leaving a trace. The caulking was the best i have seen! It actually looks like its part of the window! Highly recommend Rollin Supply.

Convenient location when you need supplies in Gaithersburg. The gutters are a little wobbly wooski. I think their machine might need some adjustments but other than that good place and helpful in ordering special orders

My sales representative is Matt Yeager. Matt has always gone above and beyond in the level of service he provides. This includes making material deliveries in his own vehicle. I am not one of Matt's larger accounts, but he still looks out for my companies needs.

Great response time but poor construction quality on the cabinets they rep. They have no problem replacing them but do not put value on the inconvenience to the customer. Suggest you inspect them closely before accepting delivery.
