A Wholesale Window

The reviews here all seem to be from awhile back. For those of you working with a relatively tight remodeling timeline right now, I would not recommend getting Milgard windows. When I placed the order back in March, I was told windows can be delivered in May. Here I am in mid June still waiting for the window without a definite timeline. I understand logistics can be very challenging these days, but both the dealer and Milgard should be responsible for setting the right expectations for delivery timeline. If I knew the windows were going to take this long, I would have looked for other options back in March. The staff from the store are friendly which is a plus.

There was a lot of delay by the windows manufacturer, and I was frustrated.must have been a difficult buyer.but Freddy was always nice and patient, and he really helps make the experience a better one. Windows came with some issue and he helped expedite the warranty claim also. Thanks, Freddy. Hopefully next order will be a better one and with Freddy, I have no doubt it would be an awesome experience.as always.

Great experience and I would highly recommend working with Freddy. We had a few windows that came with factory defects and it was a breeze working with Freddy to setup an appointment with Milgard. You know you are in good hands when you are taken care professionally after the initial sales. Also, their pricing is really competitive at least in the Milgard product lines compare to other window shops. My neighbors are interested in replacing their windows after seeing ours and I would not hesitate to refer Freddy to them.
