They were the best and easiest part of my remodel as they came out same day, were professional, and installed my shower within a week when other companies quoted me over a month. We bought a house a little over a year ago and finally got around to installing a glass sliding door in upstairs bathroom. South Coast quickly responded to our call, came out to provide a bid immediately, and within a week we had the door installed! Outstanding customer service and installation. We love our new glass shower from SCG. Kyl and his assistant did a great job - a string of about 10 tiles and 10 quarter rounds got torn off the pony wall when they took out the old shower structure but they were able to save all but one tile - important since they don't make our 3 x 3 tiles anymore or the 1.25 quarter rounds. Steve of SteveTheGroutGuy.com did a great job cleaning up the old tiles and fabricating the one tile that couldn't be saved. Can't tell it ever happened. Install is not easy as it takes measuring and re-measuring to make it perfect and took the whole day. Thanks again to Rod and Kyl!

I had an Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish dealing with South Coast Glass! These guys were the real deal when it came to helping me with my project and getting my sliding shower door and mirrors done quick for my project in Carlsbad! I spoke with Rod who was able to quote me within minutes of my project and then dealt with Shawn at my home and in their shop who helped guide me to get exactly what I wanted.

Their install team was very clean cut and professional and Kyle their lead was informative and knowledgeable. Other companies wouldnt even get back to me or were so unprofessional on the phone im not sure why anyone would shop anywhere else

Working with South Coast Glass was easy and fast! We needed a custom made shower door as part of our bathroom remodel and they came out right away to measure and provide us options. Their pricing was very competitive and the quality of work was excellent!

It took several trips. but they were able to fix the installation so it is now satisfactory.

Don't trust these guys. I contacted South Coast to purchase replacement hinges for my shower door. I very specifically told the salesman that I only wanted hinges that fit my existing screw holes--I did not want to drill new holes. He sold me three hinges for over $400 by telling me that they would fit my existing screw holes. Well, took them home to install and they actually did not fit the existing holes.

When I asked the salesman to take them back and give me a full refund - because HE incorrectly told me they would fit - he refused! He said it was store policy not to accept returns-- even though the only reason I bought them was because he falsely told me they would fit. So don't trust these guys. They sold me a product based on a misrepresentation and then stuck me with the bill.

The team at South Coast glass is amazing! They came in and made new glass for my shower enclosure. It looks amazing! They also did a super job on some tempered windows for my home to keep it safe for my kids. They are friendly, kind, have really good competitive pricing and will get the job done right for you! Call them ASAP and you will not regret it!

I had an old framed shower enclosure with a door about to fall off. I tried to be a YouTube warrior and took off the door only later to find out they no longer produce the needed replacement hinge. The enclosure was original to the house built in 1999. I called South Coast Glass and with the help of Rod and his crew I have a new frameless shower enclosure. They were quick, professional, the install went smoothly and I have a new shower enclosure. They did an A++ job.

Rod was a great help. I first text him my shower stall to get an idea of cost and then went to the showroom to see the product in person. This is necessary if you've never bought shower glass before (like me). There's a learning curve and Rod explained everything I needed to know. The end result is fantastic, and we will be using them again for our master.

AMAZING! Best response time, best price, best customer service. Our job was quoted, ordered and installed in less than 10 days. During COVID when everyone else was "too busy". Will never use anyone else and all of our contractors have now switched to South Coast Glass. Absolutely impressed all around.

So I accidentally pulled out a mirrored drawer too far and it fell and cracked. Yes there were stoppers built-in to prevent that. No they obviously didn't work against the power of my carelessness. Why do I even have mirrored furniture?! I was dreading finding a replacement dresser (since it is bit of unique size being very slim), until my boyfriend brought up a good point of not throwing the baby out with the bath water and just getting it fixed. I'm so happy with the way it turned out; I cannot even tell which drawer it was since even the beveled edges were sized just right.

The process was quicker and easier than fixing the crack in my phone. If you are seeing a theme here, then know that this Klutz, who has more mirrored furniture, will happily go here again when she inevitably ruins something else.

Thought I would try them as they are in new location with sale signs all around. They told me to bring in my end table for an estimate, which i did. Took my info never call back, was on my way to Mission Viejo Glass ther i had dropped off some wardrobe doors to be cut down which they did in a day. SC Glass said give him back his table which they threw at me 60 lbs to arms of a 69 yo man, assholes with no manners. Took the table to Mission Glass who unloaded and reloaded my car with the glass they cut in a day. Go the extra 2 drive ways the service is nite & day!

I'm very happy to have done business with South Coast Glass. I put in a request for glass work on Wednesday and the work was ready for pick-up on Friday. Best response and foliow- through EVER! The rep, Shane responded to my online quote and needs within hours, he was sho pleasant on the phone. He is pleasant easy to talk to and payed attention to detail. It was ready for pick-up in two days. Easy peasy process and great! A++ business.

South Coast Glass was able to create two custom glass table tops for some wooden nightstands with only about a two-day turnaround. I was able to pay over the phone and do a no contact-pick up. They also threw in some glass protectors/ bumpers for the corners of the tables for free.

Excellent customer service, price, and turnaround. Was very impressed by the workmanship on my shower door and table top at my house. Would absolutely use again.

30 mins. Thats all it took! I had a window that cracked that i needed replaced asap and within a limited time frame, do to my job, but SCG came out, measured, cut and installed a new one in 30 minutes! It was spectacular! I wholly recommend them!

We just had our guest bathroom shower redone. It was in dire need of being drug out of the 1960's. Being a corner shower enclosure can present challenges of its own. The 2 " craftsmen" that wrapped up the project by installing frameless clear glass and brushed nickel hardware did an impeccable job. They spent a great amount of time and care aligning the angles and assuring that all would please us.

We used South Coast Glass for three shower doors for our home in San Clemente and could not be happier. I found South Coast Glass in-house designed Frameless DUAL Slider Shower Enclosures as I was browsing online. I live in Florida and no contractors in the Daytona Beach or Orlando had access to frameless enclosures with DUAL Slider Enclosures - only ONE door slides in their frameless enclosures, the other is stationary. In 2017, I ordered two hardware and bar kits from South Coast Glass and had them installed by a local installer.

The installer wanted to know where I bought them because he wanted one for his own home. I love, love, love the enclosures! I continue to get unsolicited favorable comments about them from friends and contractors. Linda in Florida

I needed a couple of doors re-screened. South Coast provided a prompt response with a very reasonable price quote. We opted to deliver the screens to the business to speed up the work. They were in the middle of moving to a new location but still had then done by the next day. They turned out great! I would highly recommend them.

Easy and convenient ordering and pick up process for an odd-sized pane of glass for a garage door window insert, they even re-cut it at no charge when my initial measurements were incorrect. Highly recommended.

My Windows are special order. They are about an inch thick like industrial freezer glass but insulate my bedroom from road noise. South coast not only educated me about why the builder used these, but they measured, cut and fit the glass, installed perfectly first time. Thank you SC Glass!

I work for a local landscape contractor who has been a 5 star rated company for over 30 years and they treated us very poorly. We called to get a quote for the installation of a outdoor glass property line wall, and he not only quoted us $350-$400 per linear foot, almost triple the industry standard but he wanted to charge us $180 for coming out to our project for a "measurement consultation".

This is a very low brow move as we already have the measurements (which I provided to him). We have been in the landscape construction industry for over three decades and we NEVER have had a company charge is a consultation fee to come to a property. Companies like this give contractors a bad name. Customers Beware!

South coast glass is wonderful. I went to or called 4 different glass shops just to custom cut some 3/8 shelf glass I owned for a curio cabinet. Everyone I called either didn't want to take the time, said it would take 3 days, or quoted ridiculous prices. I was ready to give up when I called south coast and got the owner Rod. Rod said he'd call his business partner Shawn who was getting ready to leave the shop and would be able to cut my glass while I waited.

I drove right over and within half an hour Shawn hand cut, ground, cleaned and professionally packaged my glass shelves then loaded it in my car. The price was reasonable and I love looking at my collection on glass shelves instead of wood. Thankyou Rod and Shawn for taking the time to help out on a small project when the facility clearly shows you have a huge business going on.

Shane and his crew at South Coast Glass are the best! I just had my bathroom shower glass doors replaced. They look awesome. We also had a broken window from them replaced as well. Both jobs were done within days from the initiate meeting with Shane. Shane and his crew were awesome to work with. They did a very nice job in taking the glass out and reinstalling it.
