HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Of all the shops on Mission Rd. to choose from, I'm so glad I went with GTO Auto Glass. They have a great system going here. I could hear the customers at the pay window commenting about their great service and prices so I knew I was in good hands. They provided me excellent customer service. From my initial phone call inquiries to the technician James's service, all my questions were answered and needs met. The waiting area has coffee, water and A/C. This shop is great. They have good inventory. The glass I needed was in stock. I was in and out in 30 minutes like I was told over the phone. Their price is reasonable. Service was great. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

A rock hit my window on the freeway so I shopped around for a few days and decided to get my chip filled here which is 5 days after the rock hit my window. I'm super pleased because the repair is SO GOOD. A chip repair is impossible to be perfectly seamless but they exceeded my expectations on the repair and it was super quick! Most affordable cost that I've found in the area and they're fast and reliable. 10/10

Well best of the best I must say. I accidentally backed into a parking garage structure and busted my back window out. I didn't know what I was going to do I called the dealership and they were going to charge me $1000 and it would take several days before they order the glass and I would be without a car. Finally my uncle called his friend Frank and I was referred to his company GTO Auto Glass.

I was able to drive straight to the place and within two hours they replaced my whole back window for half the price. I was very pleased with the outcome and the fast service I don't think I can thank them enough for helping me out. Not only did I save money I was able to use my car the same day to do what I needed to do and continue working without missing a beat. I would highly recommend this place if you need any type of glass repair to your car.

I have visited several auto glass Replacement places and they all tried to charge me an arm and a leg and some. I was recommended by another Glass place and boi am I satisfied $240 versus $380 for a Mercedes C320 2005. This is the place to go. Trust me!

Great, fast job repairing a crack on my windscreen. They explained beforehand that the crack wouldn't "disappear", but it would be filled and therefore not spread any further. They quoted 45 minutes and it was done in 25. I was impressed!

I went on a Thursday near closing time and got a quick proposal for a replacement windshield. I arrived early Saturday morning and was told to drive the car in the shop. Fernando, one of the guys with a great personality, started working on the car. It was my first time and I viewed them working the entire time. The crew work individually yet in a team.

While Fernando was removing the cracked windshield, the other guys were prepping the new windshield. They do take about an hour. The way they work just flows. It was neat watching them work in unison and the environment felt nice, very peaceful. Thank you guys. God bless.

After doing some research, I realized cheapest may not be the way to go for auto glass. M&M had plenty of people working and a clean organized shop so I could tell they were more professional than another shop I visited. I also prefer to support local biz so I went here. For actually the same price as other shop I had a much better feeling about the work they had done and they guarantee it. My buddy also told me they have been his go-to shop forever. I had a windshield installed for a great price. THANKS

Had them replace my badly cracked windshield. It was easy to get a quote, and set up an apt for repair. Very professional and convenient. They even came to my home to swap the windshield.

I had to get my trunk window emergency fixed on Sunday and when I called, Frank kindly checked if the window was in stock, and changed the broken window in less than an hour and half when I went. On Sunday! He held true to the price he told me over the phone, and they vacuumed my trunk full of broken window glass. Thank you!

These are guys offer great value, great service and great response. In a world where businesses don't pick up the phone, GTO has real humans who answer and set you up, take care of you and deliver what they promise. I was in and out in 45 mins with a fixed window. Couldn't be more pleased.

My wife has a long commute. A crack in her windshield changed from tiny to huge overnight. Worried about her safety, I asked my local mechanic (who I trust 100%) for a recommendation. He said GTO is the best for windshield repair and replacement. I called, and they said drive over. The glass wasn't in stock, so they picked it up and had it in the shop within the hour.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. And importantly, replacing the windshield was totally affordable. I was in and out quickly, and the experience was nothing less than ideal.

Nice guys. Was able to help me within 24hrs source a replacement and install. Price was reasonable. Maybe 50 more than I would have hoped/expected. The guy installing the new windshield was a legend. Very nice man!

Long story short, I busted my rear glass. I looked for estimates all over the area & was quoted from 340-450 for the replacement. I called & messaged GTO & got a beautiful price. aside from being affordable, the customer service is exceptional. I ask alot of questions bc i'm clueless when it comes to cars & the guy who helped me (didn't ask for his name) answered my questions thoroughly and respectfully.

I appreciate the immediate service. after a horrible last couple days, this was a refreshing positive experience. I noticed that at one point, multiple of the workers were examining and servicing my car, which assured me that the quality would be top notch & for the price it was great. They took great care of my car, and cleaned it up nicely; even on a super rainy day. This is a fantastic glass shop and they're the only folks in LA that can fit custom glass. I have a custom hard top on my Jeep Wrangler and the replacement glass isn't commercially available. Very quick, easy, and cheap windshield change. I messaged a day before for a quote and got a timely response. Went in the next morning and was in an out within 30 minutes.

I got a nasty rock hit on the freeway, The little crack expanded to a 1 1/2 foot long crack, so we have to get a front window shield replacement right away before anyone get hurt. I did some price comparison and Doctor glass offered the best price. They fixed my window right after I get there. Only takes 40 mins! The customer service is excellent, everybody is so nice there. There is a TV to watch while you wait. Happy that I found this place thru Google. They specialized in Auto Glass, so they know what they are doing. Your car is in good hand.

Trusted and speedy service. We just came in for another windshield repair, our third one. No problem what so ever after the repair. Lifetime warranty on labor and no leak on all 3 of our cars. Would recommend this place to anyone that ask me where to go for window repair.

Stopped by today without an appointment after getting a quote. Definitely more affordable than other shops. I walked into this place after reading the reviews. I was very impressed. Pulled into a full house, everyone was busy. I spoke with Amanda at the front desk; she gave me a quote in 3 minutes that was below what I was expecting. Although they were obviously busy, they promised to be finished within 1.5hrs. After an hour, they were done. I was not expecting such service; I was very impressed with the attitude and straightforward work ethic. This is my new spot. Thank you GTO!

I called today to get a quote on a windshield I need for my car. The broad who answer the phone placed me on hold twice for 5 mins. each time and NOT answering my call. If they CAN'T provide decent service to a simple question how can I trust them with my car. Poor mediocre customer service. They need to improve their PEOPLE SKILLS.

The process from requesting a quote through yelp to getting the windshield fixed was very smooth and fast. My boss' car had a crack in the front windshield and they were very quick to respond to my inquiry. Their price is very reasonable. One of the best quotes I received. They didn't have the parts so I had to wait a little longer but no complaints there. I was in and out within 2 hours. The windshield looks amazing.

Horrible communication. Spent a better part of my day yesterday arranging to have a windshield replaced today. I confirmed 3 times with them that the glass was available and they assured me it was and all I had to do was come by today and bring cash. After an hour drive in and ATM fees I arrived and spoke to the lady at the desk. She got quiet for a bit and went back and forth with a gentleman in the shop before she came back and reluctantly stared at me the got around to telling me that they don't have access to that glass.

All she could say was "I have to apologize" and offered no solution to the problem. I just walked out and have to find another place now after wasting my morning. When people confirm with you several times, take the time to actually confirm on your end instead of assuming. That's bad business.

Came here to replace my windshield over the weekend and loved the service! I stumbled across this place as it was in a whole street of businesses offering services for auto glass repair/replacements. Luckily, this place had the windshield available immediately while others had to order or get it delivered from another shop. I was in and out within 90 minutes with no appointment.

There is lifetime warranty included with the service if there is ever any leakage as long as you keep your receipt. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to replace their windshield for cheap and quick.

Quick and looks to be all complete. I waited while the work was being completed and watched an interesting tv show. Price was good and cheaper than another estimate received. Lifetime labor warranty in case any noise is noticed coming in and any water leaking in that window.

My Volkswagen Jetta had a BB shot hole in the windshield. Stopped by midweek with no appointment and had it repaired and was out of there within an hour.

As a retired professor I have been a customer with them for years. I have referred students, friends, family and anyone that can benefit from there auto glass service. In my opinion no one is better in all of Los Angeles.

In after 8am & out before 9 to replace a side window (WITHOUT an appointment). I went to three other shops & they came in with the lowest price. The new window is a perfect fit.
