This company did an excellent job repairing my garage door, their service was impeccable and they genuinely cared about informing me on what products I might want to consider getting rather than just trying to sell me product I didn't need. I recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door services or repairs. 10/10.

After 21 years, our garage door opener needed replacement. We called a well known competitor. They gave us a 4 hour window 1 week out. We found Garage Service Today. They are local, family owned and scheduled a next day appointment with a 2 our window. Caden called 30 minutes before arrival and the job was complete within the promised 2 hour window. Caden was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and I believe had our best interests in mind. I highly recommend Garage Service Today! Great Job!

Showed up within an hour of me calling. Fast response, great work at an affordable price. Beat my first estimate by 50%. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. $460.00 for a 30 minute call. On 04/12/21 had the tension spring and door cables changed on my garage door. It must be said that the service was prompt and professional. Tyler did a good job. In total the service call lasted no more than 30 minutes and the cost of the components, from what I've been able to ascertain, can't be more than 150.00 Max. The bill was $460.00. This firm provides good prompt service but charge an ARM AND A LEG. RON S

First I would like to say the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, I did not like the fact that my sensor wire was ran on the outside of the wall and ceiling. I spoke with the company and they said they do not run new wires into the attic. This leaves the wires exposed and hanging across the ceiling. For $400 I don't want exposed wires.

They upsell you on parts you really don't need at inflated prices, then after a few months the repair goes bad and they did not stand behind their work. Stay away from this company.

I could not recommend them enough. Caden came out to my place to fix a garage door motor. He had an extremely tight time window to fix it as I had an appointment and he beat it. He even took the time to program my car's internal garage remote, something that is a hassle and he did not have to do. Awesome service!

Good products and professional technicians. Cant say enough good things about Tyler. My new opener is so quiet and having help to set up my wifi app so i can monitor the system. Highly Recommend

My garage door belt broke at 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday night while my two young nephews were visiting me. Richard personally came and helped us out, closed the garage for the night, locked it up and made sure we were safe and sound. His son came back the next morning without me even having to be home and did a great job. They went above and beyond with customer service and pricing! Did not try to sell me anything extra but took a good look at everything to make sure it was all in working order and up-to-date.

I bought this home with this unit installed by access garage door services, that was over a decade ago. This is the first time I've had any issues with my garage door. So, I can say their product has been installed very well and with such high quality equipment, that for the past decade I never had to pick up the phone to call. I'm so glad I chose to call the number left on their installation! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We couldn't be more pleased with the response and repair service we experienced with Access Garage Door. One the cables broke on our older garage door as it was lifting up. As a result, the heavy door shifted slightly to one side making it impossible to lift manually. Of course, this all happened with the car inside the garage, effectively trapping it on the Wednesday night before the Thanksgiving holiday.

We called one other repair service that evening and they said they couldn't get to it until the following Monday! But Access answered our call right away and said they would send a technician out first thing Friday morning after Thanksgiving. They said he would arrive between 8 and 9 AM and that he would call first to let us know he was on the way. Well, like clockwork, the technician phoned just after 8 to say he was heading our way.

He arrived as scheduled, had the know-how, tools and parts to repair our garage door and had it up and running smoothly in under an hour. Great service from a responsive, professionally run, family-owned company. We would highly recommend.

We contacted Access to fix the aging garage door that came with our Villa in Venice. Jonathan helped us understand the various repair options and ways we could add some missing safety features. The next day he did the work in less than two hours! They get my highest rating - 5 stars~

CALL THEM! Here's why. My garage door would not open past half way. I called at 8am, was told technician would arrive same morning between 8-10am. Few minutes later, Tyler called and stated he would arrive in 20 minutes and did, right on time. He assessed what was needed, gave me a quote and told me he would have it ready in one hour. One hour later I had complete maintenance completed, new springs, new nylon rollers, adjustments, etc. and the door was working like brand new in the stated time and exact price he quoted.

Not often can you call a repair service and have the job fully completed in 1 1/2 hours from making the initial call. Tyler was amazing, very nice, explained everything and did a high quality job. I had called Access because my next door recommended them and were very happy. Not I am as well. Highly recommended!

Had some major issues going on with my garage door so I decided it was time for all new. Access Door came over same day to measure my door and was able to install it a week later. Very happy with there service and craftsmanship.
