Ruben's Glass & Mirrors

Came and installed a door and a skylight for me. Told my contractor that he was going to fix the skylight glass, instead of adjusting it, he broke the glass and put duck tape all over It and never mentioned it. Two days before my grand opening. Thanks a lot!

Stopped by here for a mirror. First greeted by friendly staff and then Rueben came out and showed me some options and found the perfect one! He couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating AND gave me a great price! I highly recommend Rueben's for any of your glass needs. Great place!

Went here to get new windows for my bedroom. His staff came out and measured the very next day. I was surprised at the fast turnaround. Ruben gave me a great quote which other local glass companies nearby quoted me higher. I spoke with the Ruben himself, very down to earth and honest to his craft. I recommend this business if you want a quick and efficient job.

RIPOFF! They charge for items as change orders that are not even installed! I contracted with Rubens and after confronting one Project Manager about this, they swapped to another which was the same story. After adding money to the bill for "unforeseen conditions" when they did 2 site visits previous to their proposal. Then when they performed part of the install, I received another bill for an operable transom. they insisted that an operable was installed, which I sent them pictures of Fixed.

Their reading comprehension is extremely poor, as they asked what I would like them to do when I sent them emails multiple times that were in the email chain they responded to. When I lost trust I asked for ALL items to be in Email and they insisted on calling. Criminal Ripoff Artists

Gave me a quote for 3 times as much as other glass companies. Ironically when I looked at my other work cell phone I had him listed under Ripoff

Terrible customer service. I called at least 5 times to get a quote. Every time they said I'd get an email at the end of the day but never did. Finally I was given one verbally which seemed very reasonable but when I asked to see it in writing it was not received. Again I chased after them with phone calls. I pinned them down for a written quote and was told it was going to be approximately $1000 higher than verbally quoted.

Then three days later got an email with an estimate $2000 higher than the original quote. What a scam. Don't do business with this company until a written commitment is given in a contract.

Friendly staff here as well, but sorry to richey rich for me just to cut me a sm.glass mirrow 50 +$ $$$ good luck youll. Some can but all want to save and still get good service.

Great place, awesome people, they helped me with my broken window even though I was there only few minutes before they were supposed to close on Friday afternoon. Excellent service, Thanks.
