Great customer service and finish product was amazing. Calling Monday to get a few more screens.

I called during the week of Thanksgiving to get information on a custom sized kitchen screen. I spoke with Richard over the phone. He gave me a quote over the phone and sent David out within a few days to measure my screen. David came around noon to measure and came back later that afternoon around 5 to install my screen. Great service!

Go here! They not only fix/repair screens, they can do your entire house with any kind of screen(s) you want. They can save you a lot of money by eliminating the sales company and going directly to them.

David was our representative and came out, when he said he would, and measured our windows. He gave us a reasonable price and a date for installation. I expected to be rescheduled due to the heavy rains but he was here the day he promised. Installation went well until I realized we miscommunicated and I didn't order enough screens. He took care of that the following day. I am very happy with the product and the service.

Best window screen company in Houston, hands down. These guys are who you should call if you need window screens to keep bugs out or solar screens to save money on electricity.

Great experience with American Screen and Window! I was in need of replacing five missing window screens on my house. I did a quick Google in my zip code for window screens and found this company. I only saw one review, but it was a good one so I went ahead and called. They came over and measured my windows so the correct sizes were ordered, ordered the screens I needed and installed a week later.

All around great service, very kind and enjoyable to talk with and very reasonable pricing. I don't usually write a lot of reviews, just read them, but the service I received here was so great, I felt it was only right for me to make sure and share it. I will definitely call them again for my future window and screen needs and continue to share the word.
