There are few companies that deserve a 5 star review, but Precision deserves more than 5. Luke, the tech they sent went well BEYOND my wildest expectations! I'm a lifetime customer now and will recommend nobody but them. Our ancient motor finally died and needed to be replaced immediately. I called at about 4pm and they were able to get here the following morning!

Last year, everything but the door itself and the opener needed to be replaced and they came out to get it working again. Naturally, this year everything they didn't need to replace last year stopped working. They did an amazing job the first time and I wasn't going to call anyone else because of it. The cost was very reasonable with all the features the unit has.

Our installer, Luke, clearly knew everything he was doing backwards and forwards. He's professional, polite, very patient, and understanding about the sudden and, relatively, large expense. The installation was perfect. It took significantly less time than I thought and it all works exactly as it should. Not only was there no guess work involved due to the way he explained it, but he also surprised me by replacing a long burnt out, hard to reach bulb on the ceiling with a bright LED bulb solely because he's awesome! I can't thank him and this company enough for what they did!

We had Luke and Brandon out to our house to install new garage door openers, hinges, springs, rollers, you name it. It was a complete overhaul of what we had. Luke went over all our options, wasn't pushy at all, very knowledgeable, helped us pick out the best options for us. They were back in 2 days and had it all installed in a short time. Ted came out and very quickly solved our intermittent garage door opener problem. While here he also checked the whole condition of the door and adjusted the spring tension. My garage door had a broken spring. I am new to the area and found Precision with an online search. The person taking the initial appointment was very professional and informative. Since the appointment was for the next day due to the high volume of work, she offered to call back if there was a cancellation. Later that day I received a call about a cancellation for the end of the day.

The technician, Shane, called shortly after and gave an estimated arrival and he arrived right on time. Mine was his last job of the day and he happily worked until the job was done. I watched him work and he seemed glad to have the company. He explained each step as he worked and took extra time to make sure everything was good and worked properly. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Precision Door, and their tech Shane, in particular! I called Precision on a Tuesday morning, had an appointment for a tech to come out Wednesday mid day, and when Shane arrived he was kind, professional & a straight shooter with the best fix for our situation. No cheesy sales guy tactics to pad the bill, just direct and honest, which we greatly appreciated.

He also said it was a bigger job than they had first anticipated when I said "we probably just need a new garage door opener" and that he would personally come back the following day (which was his day off!) to take care of it for us. I called for a quote but they wanted over $50 just to give me what I think should be a free quote. So much for that! That motivated me to install a new garage door opener myself for around $170. It works perfect!
