From my service writer Sergio to the installer Ralph I was extremely satisfied I had complicated issues and it took time to resolve with waiting for the window glass. They kept me in the loop every step of the way the installer Ralph went above and beyond and did an amazing job installing quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the service I received.

Excellent service. Henry and Joey showed up on time. They were very efficient replacing a 6 foot and 8 foot sliding glass doors with the Anlin doors that I had ordered. The new doors look great. First class workmanship. Henry and Joey were very friendly and personable. They answered any questions that I had.

We had American Vision Windows replace all the old aluminum windows in our house with new vinyl windows. We ordered Anlin windows, with dark bronze on the exterior and white on the interior. They sent a crew of 6 guys, Henry, Joel, Corry, Bob, Jim and Raul. These guys were very experienced and completed the entire home in less than one day. They were neat and clean; covering all the floors before starting work.

Their work is first rate! All the windows are plumb, level and square. They open and close smoothly. The interior and exterior caulking is professional quality. My wife was very pleased with the new windows and the quality of the installation. We would highly recommend America Vision Windows.

About 10 years ago we had AVW install windows in our home. At that time 2 new sliding glass doors were not in our budget. We are now upgrading our home and went back to AVW for the 2 sliders. The sliders have been installed and are beautiful. They match the windows installed years ago perfectly. They are even better than we ever expected. They are framed both on the inside and outside.

Our house was built in the 60s, but the windows and sliders from AVW have made such a difference in the appearance and curb appeal of our home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMERICAN VISION WINDOWS!

I recently had new windows installed by American Vision -Orange. At first I was concerned with the time it takes to make them. after 3 months a crew came to install ten windows and two sliders. The job was well done! I am very satisfied with the look, the functionality and the new found noise cancellation the windows provide. Thank you for the good service.

Three teams (Carlos/Eric, Chuy/Jose & Gio/David) showed up in the morning and had 8 windows and 2 doors installed within 5-6 hours. Quality windows installed by inexperienced crews. Very disappointing considering the price I paid. I can't give a good reference due to the pending issues with the installation. I can say they are attempting to remedy the problems. It's been 4 months and still not right. I'm hoping they will come through and make it right, I will repost at that time.

SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We've reported them and will be seeking legal action. We hired them months ago to do a shower remodel. This is the condition they left our house in. Broken glass, water seeping into our drywall, wrong materials, glass door lying on the floor.their repair men (if you can call them that.) created a mess they didn't bother to clean up.

They came by 4 separate times to "measure" our glass, ordered the wrong material, and kept us in the dark while we waited and waited. They tore our shower apart and left! We're now having to find a REPUTABLE COMPANY to clean up their disaster. The managers are unresponsive and downright rude. We dealt with Dominick and Bill. This company took our money and they RAN, leaving us in the cold. DO. NOT. GIVE. THEM. BUSINESS. DO NOT USE THEM. Since being polite didn't get their attention, let's see if they even care to fix their mess now that they've been exposed.

My windows look amazing. Javier, Gabriel, Nacho, Rudy, and Willie installed 15 windows in one day. They were very clean and pleasant to work with. Christian did an amazing job measuring. Don did a wonder job in tracking the job. They also installed my cool wall. it was fantastic working with them

American Vision in Orange is just awesome! Craig was great to work with and installers Jim, Corey, Rigo and Enrique were professional and provided excellent service. I have a ranch style house with original windows from 1964. Craig created a great design with crank windows on the side to replace a large window in the living room. The install was great and painless. the project came our amazing. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for quality Anlin windows with all-around great service.
