Palm A. installed my Boca home 12 years ago swiftly and clean. 12 years later, yesterday they finished my new home in Weston in 2 days. Nick and his team worked very hard and in a very professional manner. The team is really " OUT OF THIS WORLD "striving for EXCELLENCE to deliver the job. In the meantime, my niece had also installed 2 large home with Palm A. Michele, congratulations for a job well done.

After getting multiple quotes for our home (and dealing with a bunch of different sales reps and pitches), it was clear from the start that Palm Aluminum was different. Their sales, customer service and installation was amazing! They made the process incredibly easy and seamless. Billy and his installation crew are experts at their craft. We were expecting more of a clean up considering all of the work being done, but since they took such care to cover floors, furniture, etc. and cleaned up after themselves each day, residual clean up was next to nothing.

Everything passed inspection with flying colors. Inspector even made a comment that he knows when checking a job that Palm Aluminum has done, he knows they do great work each time which makes his job even easier - including all of the paperwork and permitting that was in order. If you're looking for a reputable company to make the investment of new hurricane windows or doors with, look no further - Palm Aluminum is THE BEST. (So happy with how the finished products look too. Gave our home a whole new and updated look! Plus, now we're ready for storm season.)

I've replaced all my windows and doors on 2 properties with Palm and they are the best! Their #1 concern is making the customer as happy as possible. Prices are very competitive and customer service is top notch. Danny is the most attentive sales rep - and not at all a typical sales guy. Very laid back and not at all pushy. Only listens to your needs and helps guide you to what is best for your needs. And Nick on the install is A++++!

Palm Aluminum is great to work with! They have done all the windows and doors in my home, my brothers' home and my parents new home. They are reliable and trustworthy. In fact, the day Irma was going to hit, we received a phone call that they had a cancellation and would we like our windows installed now. Of course! I could not be happier with my entire experience. From measurements to inspection everything was done with complete professionalism. Everyone I dealt with did exactly as promised. I dreaded putting windows in for many years because I was afraid of the cost, the mess in my house, and dealing with Workman taking apart my home. Not to mention the stress on my pets with a big job like that.

I was assured from the beginning that I shouldn't worry. Well they were true to their word. In approximately 6 hours they were in and out of my house and installed 8 beautiful windows. I was so happy the next day I contacted them about putting in new doors. Had I known how easy the process was I would have done this years ago.

Palm is a first rate company. Billy and Nick make sure the job is done right. Their salesman Steve makes sure the details are handled correctly. They are not game players like so many of the window companies that paraded through our house. Don't be fooled by the companies with zillions of reviews they are getting those reviews in exchange for discounts.

These guys don't play games. They just get the job done and it was done right. We didn't even have to touch up the drywall inside the house. They cleaned up after themselves every day as well. I replaced 38 windows and doors, and changed sliders to French doors, and it looks like a new house. Danny the owner stops by regularly to make sure everything is going right as well. You won't go wrong with them.
